A great experience buying a used vehicle from Paul Brown Chevrolet! Chris K was very patient helping me to get to the price point I needed!! I didn't feel pressured but he didn't give up trying to make it work!! Mimi and Jeremy are also great to deal with. Kudos to you all for making it a great car buying experience!!

Took my 1982 Corvette Collections Edition to Paul Brown’s Service Department due to another repair shops work done wrong. The entire crew did an awesome job. It’s great to know they have experienced technicians to work on everything from today’s modern car and the classic cars that are still out there.

What a great experience!! Have purchased a few cars previously but this was my first time buying a brand new car! Preston, Chris and Justin were all very helpful. Never any haggling or pressure. This was also a first. Everyone is very knowledgeable, kind, and actually listen to what you want. The place to go if you need or want a car!

Service is really sad at this place. Bought a suburban from them and a Jeep couple of years ago. Transmission went in the suburban. We purchased the extended warranty, Thank God. It took several weeks just to get the approval for the repair, and we called the extended warranty company who said they have not had an approval take this long, and they escalated it up the food chain for us. Now they have had our suburban for a month. We have an already paid for florida vacation, which we have expressed to the service manager multiple times. It took almost 3 weeks, multiple calls and finally Tony, the service manager at the other Paul Brown got the repair approved. Now, for the past week and change we have been told they will have it done by the morning of the 3rd. We are supposed to leave the morning of the 3rd to drive down to Florida. Now tuesday afternoon we are told wednesday afternoon, by 4. We need leave in the morning, they know this, assured us it would be ready, until today. Do you know it is near impossible to rent a larger vehicle at the last minute for holiday week? They have ruined our planned and paid for family vacation. All they had to do was be up front, tell us it would not be done and we would have reserved a vehicle a week ago. The saddest part is that we have experienced this same poor customer service before. Oh, and they never offered to loan us a vehicle, or even help us get a rental, nothing. I am very, very, very upset. Where has customer service gone? Is it really all about the money?
