I was able to get the paper I wanted cheaper through them then directly through the manufacturer's website. They were always courteous, patient, and had thorough knowledge of my order. I found them to be beyond helpful and plan to order from them again in the future!

Can't be bothered to communicate with their customers when something they've ordered is on backorder and won't arrive for another month. They make autistic people have to use the phone to find out. Why they don't put that it's on backorder on their website? Can't be bothered.

Went to buy wallpaper, the man asked what I was looking for, I told him the specifics, than said " oh we have that here, how much do you nee? Told him 2 rolls...he walked away and never came back. Heard him ordering hoagies for himself and son...4th generation will not see a 5th from what I experienced ?. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Incredibly fast shipping and price match for any other retailer. The owner was really helpful and the showroom was available at the appointment time I wanted. Best discount designer pricing for fabric and wallpaper wall coverings I've been able to find anywhere in the country.

Incompetent in the way they manage their website. They have cancelled two of my orders because they no longer have the wallpaper in stock. They have every excuse in the world how it's the manufactures fault for not telling them the merchandise has been discontinued BUT, they don't seem to keep track of their own inventory. It's not the manufactures fault Eade's is very lackadaisical and doesn't monitor their own product availability. Other wallpaper supply companies seem to manage their stock quite well. I guess spending a lot of money with Eade's means nothing to them. The order they just cancelled was $589 for 20 rolls. They can't monitor weather or not they have 20 rolls in stock? After spending hours going through their inventory, finding a wallpaper, and placing an order only to have it cancelled later! What a waste of time! What an inconvenience to returning customers! IT IS NOT A WALLPAPER MANUFACTURES RESPONSIBILITY TO MONITOR EADE'S INVENTORY. I'm sorry Eade's is obviously to cheap to pay someone to up date their website. The first order they cancelled was a year ago and they STILL have that wallpaper up on their website. They've lost a customer for it, not that they care. VERY, VERY disappointed in their customer service, or should I say lack there of.
