As I was there a lady was being rude to a cashier. He tried to explain to her what the deal was on something. Yet she got mad and started to tell him she wants to see the manager. He said he was the manager. As she got more irate and the line got longer. I finally got to make him know we can only please people sometimes. So not to let that women make him feel less then a person and we don't have all the answers.
