First time taking my dog here and they were very nice and professional, explain everything they were gunna do. You can tell they care a lot about the dogs they're grooming! Very affordable as well for an excellent groom!

Went here for the first time today. They were amazing! So flexible on time since it’s hard to find time in my schedule with work. They were so attentive to my dog and really listened to what I wanted. My normally anxious dog seemed relaxed in their care. I would recommend to everyone!

Big Ang is a bit of a difficult dog with groomers, but that didn't bother Victor. She responded well to him, and he did a great job. I will definitely bring her back! Thank you!

??♂️ I had a bad experience with Victor I called him to let him know my dog couldn’t open his eyes .. We immediately called the owner (Victor) to let him know, he took no responsibility even though we dropped my dog oFF with no issues .. He then tried to blame it on my daughter who picked him up .. And also stated she didn’t have no complaints when she picked the dog ? up.. Never called to follow up on any concern we had … I’ve been going to Grooming Bells for years and I WILL never ever go bacK there again .. GOOD LUCK BECAUSE HE WONT TAKE NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO YOUR DOG ..

Victor- the owner constantly changes his prices. First it was $105 then $115 then $125 and then $130. Does that make any sense?????
(P.S.A) My dog always comes back scared and with cuts it seems like something is going over there extremely suspicious. Will NEVER bring my dog back to this atrocious place EVER again

If you have a long haired cat- come here! Victor was amazing. My cat got deshedded for the summer, nails cut, ears cleaned, belly shaved- AND came back super happy!!! That’s all that matters. Painless and beautiful. Highly recommend this place. True professionals. Victor knows how to handle cats with care. 100/5 stars

I had been taking my pup to grooming bells for quite sometime and typically loved the results of his haircut but one time I picked him up and by the time I got him I realized he could not open his eyes at all ! I called victor the owner immediately to ask him if there was anything that took place during his appointment that could’ve caused this and even asked for video footage because I was so upset. He said he would provide to me but never did. I had to take my pup to the emergency vet that day and they informed that who ever groomed him got soap in his eyes causing an ulcer in both eye balls. I had a $450 vet bill that day and it was very upsetting. I call victor the next day to let him know I had to come out of pocket for his mistake. He then told me not to worry about it and to let him know what the price of my vet bill was and we could work something out, he offered free grooming sessions equaling up to the amount that I had to spend on his vet bill. Because I had it because I never had an issue with them before I agreed. Fast forward to when I was supposed to receive these grooming sessions they told me that they don’t want to be bothered with my dog because that don’t want any issues. 0 stars for poor customer service. I understand mistakes happen so even thou I was upset that I had to go out of my way to take my dog to the vet because of them I liked them because I had already been going to them sometime no issues. Never once offered to reimburse me, and also claimed that it was their fault when I was getting ready to bring him there again. What a shame.

Grooming bells is by far the best grooming place to take your pet in Long Island. They are so accommodating when it comes to appointments and scheduling. They offer the best grooming service from wash, to cut, ear cleaning, teeth and MORE! My dog's mood even becomes happier after leaving. I am so thankful to have been able to find this grooming place for my baby. The staff there is welcoming, kind, and very professional. If you are looking to get your pet groomed do not hesitate to book with Grooming bells. I highly recommend 100/10! :)
