I would like to comment on this business as follows the grounds and facility including the storage rooms are well maintained. The Staff Managed by Tony are respective of the customer needs. He multitasks between the operation of the buildings office and the UPS shipping. Well done operation.

Employees are great, facility not so much.. one gates always broken, no where to get rid of garbage and expect them to constantly raise your rate.

Place is set up very nicely and combiner for people to use even when no staff on site! Everything is well secured yet accessible to the storage unit owners!

GO TO PRIME STORAGE BOHEMIA INSTEAD 1/2 the price & nice peopleThe manager is a horrific person ,The way I was spoken to was appalling.Do not use this storage unit,False advertising , rude , rude , rude.After frustratingly trying to rent a unit ,guy had the nerve to tell me he doesn’t wish to rent a unit to me ! and there’s no more available.Horribly managed , horrible customer service.JUST ALL AROUND HORRIBLE, STAY AWAYSTAY AWAY - these guys don’t belong in business if that’s how they are going to treat their customersABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS OWNERSHIP If I could give a negative star. We rented a 10x10 unit. The staff was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean, well maintained, and secure. This place is a first-class operation.

Needed to use Oakdale Self Storage for a month while I closing my office. They could not have been more helpful. Prices were affordable. I was able to use the box truck to move. The facility is gated, well lit and very clean. I was also able to use them to ship UPS packages too. Highly recommend.
