BED BUGS. My room and the room next door were infested upon arrival. The people next door told us before we even unpacked and went to sleep…but somehow they came home with us, even though we left promptly. This suggests they had quite a heavy infestation, which we are now dealing with. After the neighbors showed us the bugs they found, we quickly scanned the bed and immediately found a huge one. Despite leaving right after that, we somehow picked up a hitchhiker. Contacted the office multiple times about this incident. They have not been responsive to any of our calls about refunding our stay. Now we will be taking legal action to compensate the expenses to exterminate our homes as well. If you were the couple next door to room 236 on 7/21/24 - please follow up with the health department as well. This will help us take action against their negligence.

First of all
The person that handled the reservation was extremely rude and dishonest.
They said there was only one room left and could not use Expedia to book.
Then said we could not go to motel and just get the room.
She stated they only have one room, which was a total lie ,,,
Then we go there and the person was not understanding.
Then the room should have had enough towels for 4 people, only had two towels and one set of shampoo..
Then the tv didn’t work.. so frustrating.,
Then the breakfast was cold and even the bagel was stale..
I do not recommend this hotel..

I guess this is a case of you get what you pay for. The rooms were super grimey, kinda filthy walls. Paper thin walls, too. We heard people talking all night and they honestly weren't being loud, just quietly talking. But I could have heard every word from my room, door closed and AC running, if I had tried. This place is very conviently located, and I didn't speak with the employees, so I have no clue what they are like.

Staff was very helpful. The rooms are beat. Could use upgrading and fresh paint. Dampness despite AC.

Rooms were well cleaned and maintained, though the air conditioner lacked the power to overcome a heatwave, so it was always a little warm.
Next to the highway so good for getting around, if you're from out of town then the noise might get to you.
The buffet was fine.

I live in Nyack and this place always looked shady, but I had some family in town and a few folks attempted to stay there. The air conditioning wasn’t working and the place is an absolute dump. They left immediately and went to hotel Nyack.

It's definitely a little pricy for the accommodations. Probably due to the close proximity to the Cuomo bridge and Tarrytown... The bfast buffet was very good.. and the staff was very friendly and very helpful when fixing the issues with our room.. first, our fridge did not work, and then the AC was just blowing air, not cold air... The mgr moved us right away to another room just 2 doors down...
The motel is slowly being renovated. There are signs showing that they are trying to improve on this run-down property.. Still a little on the expensive side for a weekday stay.

The front desk service was great, as was all the staff I met. However, the room was pretty bad. The entire room and everything in it was completely saturated with the smell of cigarette smoke. It seems like it hasn’t been updated since they used to allow smoking in there decades ago, and the stains on the carpet reflect that, too. There were also foreign black hairs intertwined within the white towels. Lots of dead bugs between the window and the curtains. The complementary breakfast was ok. This is definitely a place to stay if you just need a cheap, temporary spot. I hope they improve so the nice staff keeps having a place to work.

We stayed for one night. Double bed! We time travel to the 80s, rug can definitely be replaced the air was difficult to breathe no filter! Bathroom was decent but when taking a shower it was a roller coaster ride of the temperature from hot to cold. We received voucher for breakfast buffet! The lady behind the counter needs to check her customer service attitude serves our food, didn’t listen to the questions and did as she pleased. Nunca más!! Never again! That’s what we get trying to save a few bucks.

About what I expected for the price I paid. Attendant very nice. Best part was voucher for hot breakfast in the morning.

The check-in service was NY friendly. In other words, if it were anywhere else in it world, it wouldn't qualify, but we accept it as the norm here. The procedure was simple enough and within minutes i was going up to my room.
The room had two double beds, which were really quite comfortable to sleep on (a huge plus). But it smelled pretty funky and it had wall-to-wall carpet, which is inherently disgusting. The toilet was really small and the seat wouldn't stay up.
But the worst part of the stay was the "complimentary breakfast buffet" which was made up of maybe 7 different options, dished out to you in limited portions by and employee who refused to add any of anything, even if you weren't going to take any of the bacon or sausage and you wanted more eggs instead. I felt a little like Oliver Twist: "please sir may i have some more."
It's close to the highway, which is certainly a plus.

The place smells musty soon as you walk in. The room smelled of cigarettes and musty old smell with stains all over the carpet. We got lukewarm water and the air conditioning wasn’t working. Staff at desk was friendly but manager was not once there to speak to

I like performing there, the ambiance is fantastic just to watch everyone dancing.
