My husband and I have lived in Warren hill for almost a decade. We have been through a variety of life events, changes and unexpected moments. Last year I had the most unexpected moments and Irina was there to help. I didn’t see her everyday but I felt her support 100%. That was the most beautiful thing to happen at Warren Hill.

I should have done this a long time ago!
I lived at Warren Hills for 9 years. In the beginning of my tenancy the property manager at that time was less than appropriate. The persons demeanor towards the renters, the ability to communicate, the response time, was very poor to say the least.
After 4 excruciating years, we heard we were getting a new property manager. We prayed the new manger would not be the same as the last.
When Irina came aboard, we could instantly feel the warm positive energy flowing through the Warren Hills Community.
A few months into her new position. I received a survey asking for feedback about the new management. I normally would not involve myself to fill these things out and go on with my day...HOWEVER
This time I made the point to not even fill out the survey but to call Irina personally to thank her for her amazing efforts in making the Warren Hills Community such an amazing place to live.
Irina cares about her tenants and was always very fair. She will make every effort in her power to make your stay at Warren Hills Community a pleasant experience.
My needs were always responded to in an expedient, professional polite manner. Irina always seem to have my best interest in mind and ALWAYS respond promptly back to my texts or emails. A total secure feeling knowing Irina's team are watching the building.
Juan, Miguel, Freddy, and Johnny were exceptional! They were not just staff, they were my neighbors.
What it comes down to it, Kamson Corp is very blessed and fortunate to have found Irina.

It’s horrible they over charge for rent, go up every year they don’t renovate keep you up to date with nothing. The pool is closed but they want to go up on rent which is outlandish!!! The basements are all mildew. Do not move there you will regret it

Initially, Warren Hill was an exceptional place to live. However, things have changed significantly. The once safe and serene atmosphere has dissipated. Inconsiderate neighbors and lackluster management have contributed to this decline. Additionally, the pool and clubhouse have been under indefinite renovation and will remain closed for yet another year.
To improve the situation, more proactive management is needed, with a focus on prioritizing the safety and security of all residents. Would I recommend Warren Hill? Initially, yes, but under the current circumstances, I would not.

I moved into my new apartment on October 31st and it could not have been smoother. Irina has been a HUGE help with any questions I've had as well as adjustments within the unit itself. I am so happy to be living here - awesome unit and even better people - staff, neighbors, etc. Cannot recommend highly enough.

During a stressful time in my life. 8 months pregnant. Limited apartment availabilities. Irina came to the rescue. She’s awesome. Now in regards to the apartment….wow. My unit was newly renovated, modern, spacious, clean. No pests. Friendly neighbors. Pool and landscape are properly taken care of. The maintenance crew responds right away and are always courteous. Definitely recommend!!!

Pleasant and responsive management. Some work can be done re: recycling facilities. Overall, a good place to live due to well-maintained grounds, transportation and proximity to eclectic Nyack culture.

I lived here on two different occasions both times for 2 + years. Maintenance staff is phenomenal and friendly! Irina (property manager) is great and very helpful.

We have lived here for over one year and we could not be happier. The complex is very well kept, laundry facilities are very convenient. The best part is the management and maintenance team. They are extremely attentive to any issues, they always respond right away.

It seems that the noise level of people “just living their lives” is so disruptive! Walking sounds like wooden boards breaking. Hear neighbors full conversation even when they clear their throat. I feel so uncomfortable in my own space. It’s awful and I understand there was once Carpet and no one heard anything from the surrounding apartments. Why did you not chose sound proof materials!!!!

Amazing apartment. Irina and the whole Warren hills team were incredibly easy to work with. Irina was very flexible, informal and very available for any of my needs. Very happy with the apartment, amenities as well as the community.

There is a sense of community and the staff are all warm and friendly. The maintenance crew is always working and it shows! So far, I've had a good experience living here, Irina (management) is always friendly and communicative; she keeps residents up to date on any events or issues.

The best rental property in Rockland!! Besides being located near local highways and the Mario Cuomo bridge it was 2 minutes literally from my job! I lived there for 8.5 years and met those most AMAZING maintenance team who were both personable and professional. Juan, Miguel and Freddie were all there from the beginning. Then Irina the property manager came a few years later who is also AMAZING, easy to talk to and more important VERY professional!! There is a pool, which is often not crowded depending on the time you go. The maintenance professionals did an Awesome job cleaning up the property after snow storms. All walkways and driveways were plowed immediately. If you are thinking of making Warren Hills your home you will not be disappointed! I will miss it at Warren Hills!
