It's been my experience that when ordering arrangements online, nothing is guaranteed. However, I missed a call from them. When I called, they explained the flowers in the online photo we're not available. I told them it's the colors in the photo they should go for, and asked them to send me a photo. The picture I included was the end result, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much for understanding who this arrangement was for and how important it was for me.”
“I would highly recommend this florist shop. Last week I randomly stopped in to purchase some flowers for my mom. A friend from North Carolina sent my mom a card with some money in it to purchase either flowers or candy. She was trying to lift my mom's spirits. This was my first time in this shop. I explained to Brigida that my mom was gravely ill and that she always said, "give her flowers while she can still see them". Of course, at this point my voice was cracking and I'm starting to cry. Not only did she comfort me but she then proceeded to make the most beautiful floral arrangement for my mom that I could have imagined. We talked a bit about my mom including the fact that she liked bright colors and then Brigeda went to work. She was very deliberate in her choice selections, even sharing with me the meaning behind the name of certain flowers. It's rare today to find someone who displays such kindness, thoughtfulness and empathy in thecbusiness world. Usually, it's all about the money. I didn't find that to be the case at Colonial Village Flowers. What an awesome experience I had!! I went back to the shop today and shared with Robert, the owner, what a treasure he has in Brigida! I'm confident that whether you're buying flowers for a loved one as I did, floral arrangements for a wedding or even a funeral, you will NOT be disappointed. “I cannot recommend Wild Orchid of Westchester enough! I called them in the morning and Theresa patiently worked with me over the phone to have the flowers delivered the same-day locally. I told her the colors I was interested in and my budget and her team put together a gorgeous, thoughtful arrangement. They used only the finest, freshest, and biggest flowers and understood my vision. Theresa was so sweet! The person who received the flowers was speechless and kept gushing over how gorgeous they were. They even said that the delivery driver was so nice! Erik is an expert in the industry and was absolutely awesome to work with. Erik worked with our vision and our budget in mind at all times. He always provided his opinion from his experience which was so helpful. Erik was so easy to work with during the whole planning process. He took his time to meet with us to ensure he understood exactly what we were looking for. From the bouquets, boutonnieres, wristlets, church pew décor to the masterpieces of our ballroom table centerpieces- this team truly blew our dreams out of the water! Everything was breathtaking. It looked better than we could have ever imagined. We received so many compliments and people told us that they have never seen such beautiful and perfect flowers before. We were incredibly happy and again couldn't have asked for better customer service through the relationship we built with Erik!

“WOW! I stopped in randomly to this little gem of a shop in order to pick up a small bouquet for my daughter’s performance at school. Funny enough, I was on my way to another store when I spotted Montvale florist. The stars aligned and a parking spot was open in front of the shop. I figured “why not”?!? ….
