I order now & then at 7'Eleven/Sunoco in Norwood, NY and the food is always delicous.Today I stopped in and got a Italian half sub on white. I got home and picked the sub up to eat. Both the top & bottom roll fell apart. It was dry & just crumbled. I tried to eat the middle but it was impossible. Not sure the birds would even eat this roll. I feel I need to be refunded or a coupon to try again.I wasted $6-$7 on this lunch.

I was literally just refused salad dressing with a salad I ordered. I ordered two buffalo chicken salads and was told it does not come with dressing, only hot sauce as the dressing. I was willing to pay for salad dressing (blue cheese, ranch, etc.) but was told they don’t have any.

Prices are usually decent. They have a lot of sales. Their rewards program is great. You can get a lot of free stuff with it, and it's free to sign up and to use. They make good subs here and their pizza is actually very good. The stores very clean and they have public restrooms too. You can even sit there and eat, they have a few tables for a dining in section. There coffee is not that good, just has a weird taste. The staff is pretty friendly for the most part.
