DON'T EVER SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!! I rate the at negative 100000000000000 below 0 that took over the save a lot parking lot in North Tonawanda NY they took a section of the parking lot for there employees and customers took out the HANDY CAPED parking spaces that save a lot customers used to be able to use where now there company vehicles sit and save a lot shoppers especially those that are disabled have to park all the way across the parking lot because of these gutless wonders can't open up front parking spaces for disabled people can park there for either store OH BY THE WAY I complained to the employee standing at the door and he threatened to "PUNCH MY FACE" next time I'll call the police and SUE them!!!!!!!!!!!!! there business is worthless

new manager really on top of whats what. been ordering online forever, occasionaly the system screws up and then notifies me hourly that theyre working on my order - usually on items that are clearly in stock but for whatever reason the system loses track. go into the store and with discounts saved more on my order than i would have using my high volume commercial account. really appreciate that and will continue to use Napa as long as pricing is good!

Helped me change my wiper blade, sold me everything So needed to clean my windows inside my car and even sold me a special towel to use instead of paper towels! And the salesperson was young, cute and very kind to this 70 year old woman!

Great convenient location and inventory for being a satellite store. The staff is beyond helpful and knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of working with the store Manager Bill and I must say that he is the most professional person I've dealt with in a while. He was able to help me find the parts I needed to get my classic car back on the road.
