“I had the platinum protection on my furniture set and called to have some maintenance done on my couches, unfortunately Raymour & Flanigan no longer works with the vendor that made my furniture. They were able to give me a full refund on my couches towards a brand new set. They had several really nice options to choose from that were within my budget and had the new set delivered to my home in only 4 days. I'm extremely happy with the service I received in the store from the manager, sales person and the customer service desk. The delivery guys were very friendly and careful removing the old furniture, as well as bringing in the new. I will definitely do business here again in the future.”

“We first came into this store on January 14th, it’s not huge but the selection is diverse and there is definitely something for everyone. There aren’t many cases and instead they have booths which is a bonus as you don’t need to ask to grab something. You can also leave items up front so you don’t have to carry them all over. (BONUS: they have carts if needed, my grandmother used one to help with her mobility)We returned on January 21st and there was so much new stock. Will be coming in on the 28th as well. The prices are great, the staff is great, definitely someplace you’ll want to return to.”

“Recently spruced up my space with some finds from 'At Home' and I'm thrilled with the results! The photo frames I picked out add just the right touch of personality to my walls, while the wall art selections were diverse and stylish—making it hard to choose just one piece! The side table was the cherry on top, tying the room together with its elegant design. Prices were reasonable for the quality, and the shopping experience was smooth from start to finish. I think I spent about three hours just walking around deciding what we wanted. I'll admit, it was a lot of fun and I wish I could have afforded more! I should mention, the cashier was incredibly polite! I've been here a few times so far and it's always been a good experience!”

“This is my second time working with unclaimed freight and they knocked it out of the park again. This family owned business is truly a hidden gem in Rochester, NY. Even with the rise of inflation they managed to still give an amazing deal on a bed set and new couch NEW not used. The store is SOOO clean! They not only have a wide selection in store but a kiosk with extra options. I did not use the financing option this time around, but my first time I did and it was smooth and easy to pay off unlike other places. They work with you and your needs in a professional manner but also remain personable enough. The delivery men were outstanding as well, super sweet and highly professional! They came right in and got to unloading with ease. We live 30 minutes away from this location and they had no issue with delivery. Please give this place your business, they truly are an amazing company. ❤️”

Great spot, plenty of easy parking access with friendly staff always willing to assist.Always hit up the multiple clearance spots throughout the place... amazing deals on everyday items. I've picked up household items and pet products for a steal of a price!Sometimes it's easier and faster to run in here for milk than a grocery store....”

“Clean,basic and helpful employees. No Feel of being watched like other stores with beeping gates. The Red of their theme brightens the experience compared to basic concrete floors and skinny islands. I wish the well at this location for years to come. Only minus Is the CVS PHARMACY. CVS pharmacist and clerks are hands down the worst. But compared to other CVS store I will judge the PHARMACY employees but certainly CVS on long pound and other locations has given them a bad reputation”
