Jeff was incredibly helpful. I've been to another location recently that I had a terrible experience with and thought I'd try a new batch of employees. He finished with a customer and came right over to help us and accomplished all the changes to our account and lines that we came in to do, while being honest and holding a fun conversation at the same time. He was laid back but very adept at getting us what we wanted in an efficient way. So while Verizon might be worth less than 5 stars, he earns this location a 5.

Rude rude manager . He is extremely rude to the customer and then try to act like it the other persons fault . He did not take people in order and I had an appointment.Waited over 45 minutes and I had an appointment. I cant tell you how rude he was . He was embarrassing for the customers in the store . He needs needs to take a course in customer service .it seem like from other reviews seem to agree with regards to the rude manager .Lindsey on the other hand is a gem of a gem

Edit: Read all of the customer reviews before you do business with Verizon. One common comment from customers: the company does not care... regardless of how long you have been a faithful customer and have paid them tens of thousands of dollars.Original Review:We stopped in today to see if we could reduce our monthly payments and inquire about the home wifi to replace our current provider. We have been customers for over 10 years and recently we have seen ads on TV for Verizon service for less than what we are currently paying. To begin with Verizon has installed screens right where you sit down to talk to the customer service reps, so instead of seeing a face, you see a screen and your customer service rep is hiding behind it. Now, our rep Jeffery, seriously has no place in customer service. He told us flat out, without looking into options that we cannot reduce our bill and if we didn't like it, there's the door (as he pointed towards the door). He was not happy about being there at all and showed it. We will be switching our service.

Company does not care, employees only care about their commission I assume. Terrible set up waited a hour patiently no one came and asked about sign in, such a bad system. My phone is broke so i cant sign in and there were 3 others that also could not sign in. Eventually they took people that came in after me, so I addressed it with the employee. He says its my fault cause i didnt sign in (even after i told him i could not) and says "I have some nerve coming in on black friday weekend"....that this weekend they are selling phones not working on them... I explain i spend hundreds a month for my service and that customer service is his job and he has some nerve to talk to me that way. He sorta of fixed my phone it worked for a few hours and now just locks up. To avoid this store I called only to be given more red tape and excuses. I told them about the above and how i wanted to speak to a manger or supervisor regarding that store and the situation with my phone. Never got a call back! The rep on the phone told me to further break my phone by dropping it hard (they said this) , so i could just do a insurance claim....Which is fraud i believe, but this was the reps "easy" solution for them, and i wont do that because why should I have to pay a deductble when i didnt break it....it is under warrenty but they dont have any replacements and i will have to wait 30 days!!! unacceptable. They then told me to wait a week then they would call with a solution....guess what week past no call back from the rep or any type of manager or customer service. IDK WHAT TO DO??? This company has fallen down hard

11/7/23 6pm. I was unable to recharge my phone and went inside looking for help. The service tech took my phone in the back room and in thirty seconds he came back out and said "it's shot". Not really very technical language. I asked what was wrong with it and he told me that I broke the charging port. How would he know how it broke? Well my granddaughter suggested rebooting and now it is fully charged and every cord I have works on it. Maybe this service tech would be better suited taking orders at Burger King.I told him I was dropping Verison and he said OK. That was after he told me to buy a new phone. Can't give zero stars or I would.

Tried to buy a new line of service. Salesman was so pushy and rude I walked out and went to the Amherst location. Won't return to this location again.

The employees don't care about their customers! All they care about is getting their commission! Been with them for 11 years and they screwed me over horribly! They don't care about customer loyalty or what the customer wants/needs! All I wanted was to upgrade my daughter's phone and add a watch which would've cost me an extra $20/month but the guy said he could "get me a better deal" and blah blah blah...... he messed up my whole account and now I'm stuck paying $395 a month! That's almost $200 more a month than I was paying before! I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND going with any other phone carrier! Do not waste your time or money with Verizon! By the time you realize they've screwed you over it will be too late!

Excellent experience at this Verizon store. I made an appointment online. I was greeted at the door and promptly met with an associate, Alex. I was upgrading a phone and there were several steps to completing my order. Alex was patient, kind, very helpful and knew what he was doing! It’s nice when someone can make your experience pleasant.

Walked in and nobody greeted me for a half hour. Everybody there was upset. Way overpriced and you can get the same thing for Less. Staff loves to insult other providers. Very unprofessional

Cannot thank Seth enough for his patience and commitment to fixing my connection problem as a visitor to the region and country. I was literally lost without a data connection to use with the navigation in the car and he persisted until he found the solution

Today was a tough experience at Verizon. Don't need to share the details but the General Manager on staff's behavior clearly showed that he didn't value my business or tenure with Verizon. After blowing me off, I contacted Verizon Corporate and they were happy to help me. Disappointed with the local retail store (Manager NOT Customer Service Agents) but highly impressed with the trained professionals at HQ.

Went in Last night for a new phone for my mother and just wanted to compliment Alex for the time he spent and working with to find the best deal with our current plan. Alex was very knowledgeable and took the time to slow down and explain.
