Sign in Kiosk is not obvious when you walk in. Every person entering while I was there wandered around until instructed that they would not be assisted until they signed in.

Attempted to drop off equipment but there was a 30min wait. Only one person working the desk. The room was full of other individuals with equipment in hand. Not wasting my time waiting for someone to take back their equipment.

Very rude and ignorant people that they have working at this store. One of their people accosted me for looking through the window and viewing the inventory. Then he proceeded to to not open the store on time. He made all 6 people wait while the 3 people in the store hung out. I left and will never go back to that store and will warn everyone to stay away.

Doesn't matter what time of day or the day of the week, store employees are constantly understaffed, and spend way too much time not focusing on their tasks with customers (where customers wait 20-30 minutes to be seen), unprofessional, utilize excuses such as "system is down" or store equipment failures as reasons why they can not properly serve their customers. It's truly unbelievably sad and disturbing the treatment store employees provide to their local customers in exchange for the unreasonably overly inflated prices paid for their unreliable cable/internet/mobile service!One day, the monopoly control Spectrum has as the single local service provider will no longer exist, and will ultimately lose tens of thousands of customers to companies willing to provide outstanding customer service with reasonable prices that EVERYONE can afford.

I hate coming here. Every time their systems are down, or I get someone rude, or something d*** happens. Im not sure if they still do this, but one time I went for a phone case and they had cases on the wall. So I asked to buy one. They told me they couldnt scan them to sell them yet.Ok.I come back a few days later and then get told they're display only and they can't sell cases at all.It's a phone store and you don't sell protection for the phone. Come on man...

Employees at this location are so rude and not helpful at all. I arrived to pick up a SIM card which I was told I would be able to get in store. When I walked in the employee was sitting in her chair with her feet on the desk. Did not even greet me when I walked in. I walk all the way to the desk as she continues her conversation with her co worker. She then refused to give me the SIM card. Spoke with such an attitude and refused any help. This is the second time I’ve had a terrible experience with this same employee. I will NEVER be returning to this location. Honestly considering switching service providers if this is how I will be continue to be treated by their representatives.

I had called with a question an did not get an informed answer. They could not help me with my issues so instead they just told me to return the box. That’s their answer to every question just bring it in for a new one but that doesn’t fix the issue it’s just a bandaid

Called the Spectrum 800# bc we had been charged for channels we got but did not authorize or ask for. We were told we must "migrate" our account and personally turn in our old cable boxes and router and modem, and that we would be given new updated equipment. They opened a new account for us and gave us the acct. # to take to the local store. We traveled to the closest store in Niagara Falls, NY. I explained all of this to the girl with long black hair who then took our old equipment, closed the account, then looked at us like why were we still standing there? She finally asked what did we want now? I said the new equipment, and then she said they didn't have any! She had not told us that at first, so we asked for our old equipment back then, because we would have no phone or Internet and we needed that for our Life Alert system to work. She coldly stated that said she could not reactivate our old account and that we would also need to change our phone number in the future. I asked for the address of the next nearby store and she coldly said she did not have it. Her cellphone was sitting on her desk but she did not offer to even Google it for us. She had no empathy nor emotions and made no attempt to help us further. She appeared to almost relish the dire situation we were now in. We left very unsatisfied. We then found our own way to the Niagara Falls Blvd. store where, after explaining everything, we were helped by two very courteous gentlemen, Von and Mark, eventually leaving there with the new equipment and great satisfaction. Five stars for Von!

DeShawn or Dejuan I'm not sure if I spelled it right but he was very helpful. I was in a stressful situation and he seem to make everything so easy. Knows exactly what he is tlking about. I appreciate your help and you are a blessing ? ?. Highly recommend u see him specifically he seems to care more than the others.

Great experience at this location; no wait time. I went there to turn in a receiver and met a young man, Daysjuan Hill. I handed him the receiver and as expected, he asked asked me about my current phone service. Found out I could get twice as many gigs for $5.01 less than I was paying. Daysjuan was very pleasant, friendly and efficient! I couldn't have been more pleased!

The pace was slooooow and they were not forth coming with all the deals and focused on what would gain commisions. Be sure you know what you want before you go in and you have no where to be for a few hrs...to set up something as simple as a new phone line. They'll get it done eventually.

Went to spectrum and waited for 30 minutes to be told the machine ni Longer except cash, however it takes Vista master cards only, they no longer take cash why weren't the customers aware of this no notification?

A gathering of the most incompetent people ever assembled on the face of the earth. If I had to make a choice between going into the Spectrum store in Niagara Falls New York or having a finger chopped off, my biggest decision would be what finger do I want to lose.
