Home Depot staff is always friendly and ready to help. The reason I gave it only four stars is that since the pandemic, it's selection has narrowed. It seems more and more stores are relying on their internet sales.Sep 30th, 2021A quick update: I went into Home Depot looking for an out-of-season product. It was the first time in a long time I was approached by a sales associate, rather than having to search for one. The gentleman went to the utmost lengths to help me. By the time I left, I I was in such a good mood, that I didn't mind not having the product I came for! His name was Jay (I hope). He was sporting a ponytail (that, I am sure of), and he had customer service mastered perfectly! ?

I just wanted to say how helpful Jen from the Niagara Falls store was to me locating an item. The Niagara Falls store was the 2nd store I was at looking for it as the woman from Amherst told me to try that store and when I got there they didn’t have it, but Jen offered to call around to other stores for me to help locate the item. She took the time to look up the sku number call the store have it set a side until I got there! That is good customer service! Thanks Jen you ROCK!

Love the store every time we go in we end up walking out with more than what we came in there for. Prices are fair and the customer service is always exceptional.

Poor customer service: scratched phone caseWhen the clerk finished my return, he slid my new, expensive phone back to me over a grit covered counter, instead of handing it to me like I handed it to him, and said “your all set.” Unfortunately, I made the mistake of letting the clerk hold my phone, which displayed the order number of the item I purchased online.I think the clerk was intentionally inconsiderate. Since, he somewhat enjoyed sliding my phone across a grit covered counter. The clerk was a white male with slightly long, possibly man made, blond hair. (Niagara Falls, NY. Aug. 2021)

So at the end of June, I bought a canopy from Home Depot, to use at my grandson's birthday party. When we opened it up, one of the struts was broken. So we took it down to contact Home Depot about it. While we were taking it down, several more pieces of it broke. We noted that the aluminum of the frame broke where they had screws thru it, and that the aluminum was rusted. So a couple of days after the party, I contacted Home Depot regarding this issue. Note that the Canopy is a Hampton Bay canopy, which is Home Depot's brand. They gave me a case number and requested that I send pictures of the damages. On July 7, I sent pictures of the damaged struts to Home Depot, clearly showing the rusted ends where it had broken. On August 16th, I sent a follow up email, noting that Home Depot had not responded to me. This canopy cost me $193.32 and Home Depot could not be bothered to respond to me. This is just another example of corporate America not caring about their customers, because they know that they will still make money off the others out there. Anyway, don't EVER buy Home Depot brand goods. They will not stand behind their products.

They don't seem to have any staff. I've been awaiting an estimate on a project for a week now, and when I call, no one in the department answers. Apparently, they have one person on duty and that person isn't available during lunch hours. Maybe the manager would like to hire and schedule staff so his customers will be properly served.

Ordered a dishwasher and paid for installation, plus removal of old one. Delivery folks said installation couldn't be done because old dishwasher was hardwired in and they didn't do *that* type of installation. Nothing in the order said that they are only capable of doing certain installations. Now we are left with an extra dishwasher in the middle of our kitchen. Why not say in the order or clarify with customer what kind of hookups can be done?

Lots of outdoor plants to pick from. Not a lot of clerks to assist. Indoor plants were impressive with the variety.

Lots is garden selection and variety, but it's a bit messy. Workers are friendly and helpful. Prefer this location over the Elmwood Ave, which is 5 minutes from my house! All in all was able to plant a beautiful garden.

Curbside experience was a shocker, never has anyone, anywhere, in curbside, come out to ask for my order number. Saul got my order, faster than I expected, such a nice guy. Yo Saul, come to Lockport, they need good employees, those who like to work. I saw the supervisor and sent a shout out, that’s how happy I am. Thanks a billion Saul.
