The owner thinks it’s hilarious to attack and harass women on Instagram and other social media platforms. He is disrespectful and rude. I would NEVER give someone like this the time of day, let alone my business.

Great Location, no-frills, get down to business gym. I love that! Clean, super equipment, knowledgeable staff. Very respectful, good to train youth. Able to train most skill levels. Kickboxing check it out, if you're not looking for LA fitness.

I came here on my birthday at the end of January. It was my second visit to this gym. The first time I really enjoyed the circuit-based kickboxing workout I received. Several different bags and weights. A Muy Thai ring to practice rope work in. Modest-sized gym with wraps and gloves available for purchase. The owner of the gym was our instructor both times. The class wasn't as satisfying the second time around. In fact, I felt blatantly overlooked when it came to the one-on-one station within the circuit. I did a year of boxing training. I've dance for a decade despite ailments and health conditions that I still battle to this day. Never have I walked into a fitness class and been told to "skip this station" with an instructor. If anything, the instructor encourages their students to work harder. Not during this class on my birthday. I felt slighted on this occasion. Was it because I was not going fast enough? Most likely. If you are looking for a deep, feel-good cardio routine and want to spend more time concentrating on form and composition-- as dancers and athletes spend years doing-- I suggest another gym. This gym is more for people who want to fight competitively, and right away.

A really great setup for Muay Thai Kickboxing. I really loved Craig's class today (Saturday at 11am). This was my first time here, and out of about 5 other kickboxing gyms I've tried, this was by far the best. We started with a 3 minute warm-up with consisted of free style of your choosing. Then we started on two minute rounds on several different types of bags, bags I've never even used or even seen before. I loved being able to try out different bags like this, which gave you a better opportunity to learn technique. I'm between some rounds we did some push ups or jumping jacks, and at the very end of class we did sprints and side sprints. There were a total of 8 people in this morning's class, which I feel like was the perfect amount. I really don't like going to classes where there are too many people and the instructor cannot work with you one on one at all and show you proper technique. I get exercise fatigue quite easily, was getting a little too winded, then Craig handed us some Vitamin C drops which seemed to help wonders. I can't wait to come back in two weeks!
