When visiting the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute, be sure to visit their bookstore. The selection of cookbooks is good as is the selection of better-than-average quality culinary items (pans, aprons, ramekins, spatulas . . . ). We stocked up on several pieces for our kitchen and are satisfied with the products.

We had a wonderful experience. The meal options were great. Service by Brandon was efficient and well timed. Each plate was a delight to behold whether the starter, entree or the fabulous dessert. If you are in the area, make plans to get a reservation and see for yourself.

Instructors are awesome. Its a friendly, nurturing environment the students are there to learn and the teachers are there to teach. And not to ment the food at Savor and La Patisserie is amazing and student made!!

A small B&N that's located within the culinary arts school and mostly focused on items geared towards the student population. It still has a small collection of books and normal B&N offerings. They also have culinary items, think knives, cutting boards, aprons, etc. They also have a small case with grab-and-go items, like sandwiches and drinks. Which is nice for tourist and student alike. The also share an area with a small cafe where you can get a to-go order of coffee.Overall: BA smaller B&N location but really it's for the student population with a few items for visiting tourists.

We have gone to the pastry shop here a couple of times, and it never disappoints! Most recently we came for the Gingerbread Wonderland Exhibit with our son. It was an amazing display, and we were truly blown away by the attention to detail. On the way out we purchased a couple of treats to both- chocolate ganache topped cheesecake, and a peppermint mocha cream puff. Both were absolutely delightful. I feel the prices are very, very reasonable for the quality of what you are getting. I believe it was around $6.50 for the two desserts to go. I'm really looking forward to trying their restaurant, Savor next!
