I visited after landing in Niagara Falls Int’l Arpt. I was here and was very underwhelmed. I was given an attitude as soon as I stepped in the door. The shelf’s were empty and not cleaned! I got a chocolate bar and when I got home I saw mold on the top! I called this establishment and they didn’t even answer my call! This city should stop having a bad history and get on a brighter side because I think Niagara Falls has potential but I never see anybody going out of their way to clean the streets of Nia Falls except for me! I hated it here and will never be returning

I have been coming here for years. The girl there are all super nice and friendly and always willing to chat here and there. I have never had any issues coming here as it is in a good location. They generally would have what I was looking for bur could have more of a verity of drinks. It is surrounded by retirement homes and what not so I get why they would lack in the verity area. The parking lot def needed some work for a while and thankfully that was mostly fixed. One of the best ones out there!

Was treated very disrespectfully. The only cashier there had terrible customer service skills and just did not feel like doing her job. I usually go to the 7-11 on ward and never have any problems, but decided to change it up and go to this one, what a big mistake!!
