“I had hoped it had more bargains like 2 buck Chuck that I've heard about for years. NYS law prevents the sale of wine in a grocery store, so not TJ'S fault. Staff was exceptional. My very first time at a TJ'S and I will be back!”

“Coffee, yes, espresso drinks, tea, pastries, sure. But also all the supplies and gear you need to make your own coffee, including their own roasts. Also lots of gourmet shop items like cheese and charcuterie. Not to mention a tavern in back with a broad tap list, wines by the glass, and beer and cider to go.”
“This place is great. Slightly more expensive than the likes of 7-11 and Walmart, but I think it's worth it knowing that you're supporting a local worker cooperative. I've been a member for a few months, and it's very nice. You get discounts sent to your email all the time, and bulk items are discounted heavily every week. “This Target is kind of great. It’s easily accessible and large enough to have a wide variety of options. It’s a one floor target, so it is obviously missing a few sections that, say a two floor target would have. When visited with the mobile app accompanying you, it’s a good experience. The employees are nice too, which is always a plus.”

“Note: Yelp doesn't do .5 star increments. The only reason I'd give Wegmans 4.5 stars is because of prices, but if you're smart with what you buy you won't break your budget. Before I discovered Asia Cuisine's nigiri, I'd go to Wegmans to fulfill my sushi cravings when I'm in Ithaca. Anything Wegmans brand almost always tastes immaculate. There's a reason why so many stores study Wegmans as their inspo for their own store layout.”
“I have had my tires serviced at this location for six years, they have a truly great staff. Their prices are excellent and if they think you can get a better price they will tell you exactly where to find it. I worked in a boat service department for years (meaning some work with trailer tires), these guys are people you can trust. If you just have a puncture they will fix it, not try to sell you a new tire, and if they tell you that your tires need replacing you should believe them.”

“Extremely extra friendly and caring staff (Hi Penny! Hi Tina!) and SUPER FAST on filling new prescriptions and refills. I like the text notifications to let me know my order is ready. They are great about proactively handling insurance issues (so I don't have to!) and have helped me a couple of times when I had to pay out of pocket -- to make sure I paid the lowest price possible. I have been a customer for about 20 years so the staff know me pretty well and we have a good rapport -- but honestly they treat everyone just as good. Wouldn't even think about going anywhere else!”
“Always a lot of good merchandise at reasonable prices. Very good prices on propane and gasoline for cars. Tire and repair shop has great offers on tires , rotation and exchanging winter summer tires if you buy them there. Nice vegetables and meat in the grocery department. Great prices on laptops also.”

“This BJs is actually one of the nicer ones. It has a bakery, meat counter, and a deli in it. There are things here that aren't at all other BJs. The staff are always kind and pleasant. I have never had a bad experience here.”
“Shopping at Tops is great, many food selection and great produce. When it gets busy not too many cashiers open, but they are working very hard and quickly. One thing that gets me is that customers aren’t bagging their own groceries, even if there are 2 or 3 people there able to pack bags. They watch the cashier pack as quickly but complain that it’s too heavy and make here in pack and then repack in a different bag. Which would make other customers wait even longer. Let the cashiers pack if you don’t want to, i’m sick and tired of reading all these reviews you have about the cashiers and how they don’t help, they get stressed too and they get help doing all this. Yes, they are low on cashiers during the day but if you can’t be patient with how they are working, go to the self check out maybe then you will be able to see what they have to deal with.”
“One of the few places in Collegetown remaining from my college days! Super reliable, open everyday until 3am without fail. Don't even try getting beer after 1am though. Their clerks don't mess around.”

“California style pizza is 12 out of 10! It's been my favorite pizza since I was a young girl. I don't get it often enough since it's not too close. Would definitely be my #1 choice of pizza! If you haven't tried it just do it... you will be so glad you did!”
