Great spot for all levels of yoga stages and I’m glad I found this place. Plus so convenient to be able to walk here from work

I have been going to Alma Yoga since 2014 and they never disappoint for a great stretch and workout. Alyssa is AWESOME as well as all the other instructors.

I started getting back into hot classes and have had wonderful experiences so far with Nancy. What a great instructor. Looking forward to more!
