I normally don't write reviews but I have to write about the poor service. Sales associates were friendly but I was given a TON of false information. I don't know if they don't bother to check for me and just lied straight to my face or they just don't know their inventory...

The items is good but the service is very poor ? I prefer to go to Tribeca Location.

My shopping experience there was smooth. They do offer discounts on the bags and I got my first I.M bag there, pleasant experience!
