Family owned and you know that you can go there for that particular thing and if you also need some guidance on the task you're undertaking as well, these guys know their trades and will happily, patiently explain how to go about the task at hand. Sure, I could hoof it over to Home Depot and possibly save a few shekels, but to walk out of this store having been fed a helping of old school customer service, the kind that is so rare these days, you may have forgotten what it is! And it strikes me, "oh yeah, there still are a few stores run like this. Whew!"
