“I visited this location for the first time this past Friday. My cousin always raves about the service and she trusts the staff here. She's a tough cookie, so I took her advice. I met Juan and found him to be very personable, trust-worthy and helpful. I didn't understand why my car wouldn't pass inspection and he was helpful giving me the upside and the options available to me should more work need to be done. I'll make sure when I'm in town again to visit this shop for my automotive needs. It's no small thing to have a place you can trust. I recommend them.”

“Decent place, Decent prices (all things considered). 24-7 store in case you want to snack something. Unfortunately there are no healthy snacks, just the usual soda and super salty junk food. However, something is better than nothing though.Been there several times.It's close to a precinct so you could say it's safer that many other places. I'm mentioning this because I work overnight and that area seems pretty creepy.”

“We don't leave our car here, but we usually fill up our tank before going on a long trip. The prices are fair, the staff is friendly and helpful, and there's never a long wait. They even have a vending machine if you need a drink while you wait. They also have an abundance of other services, but we've only needed gas as far as I know.”

“I first visited this garage looking for help with a dead battery in my car which was parked a few blocks away. They let me borrow their portable jump starter which was fully charged and ready to go. 20 mins later I was back with my car and they replaced the old battery for me. I can't remember the last time it was changed so it was probably time. Then I asked about a NYS Emissions inspection which was the reason I went to get my car and they advised that I needed to go for a drive first given the new battery and that after checking the ODBII found that the old battery had been dead for so long that the memory had been wiped from the cars computer. Once I returned the inspection was done very quickly. The staff were very friendly and professional. I will return if I need work doing on my car.”

“This is a combined review of two visits. 1. One of my headlamps kept going out after a few months, and after getting fixed at a couple of places. One guy at Inwood looked at it and wasn't getting anywhere and Oneal pitched in and fixed it, replacing a wire. So instead of spending $20 every five or six months, it's now fixed and has been fine for over a year. 2. My car was wonky and the check engine light was on. I brought it in, they did the plug-in diagnostics thing, said nothing wrong, and turned off the light, and noticed that I needed oil desperately. So I got oil and they didn't fix anything that didn't need to be fixed.”

“Great customer service by Juan. I walked in last minute for inspection due one day from scheduled. The staff was done for the day yet Mr. Juan did the inspection for me. I assume he is the manager / owner since he was behind the counter. When i asked he said “is fine he will do it not to worried “ Thankfully he did. I write this review because I visit two other places prior ;one said they done had lots of work and other no tickets to complete such.
