Avoid this smoke shop. Unfortunately I’ve been going there for 2 years. Won’t go anymore, very bad and disrespectful customer service. Never provide receipt even after cash or card paiement not only this time. All the time.Two weeks ago, I bought an air bar mint. As I do everytime i opened after I bought it in the front of the store. This one wasn’t working at all. So I went back to the store trying to explain to the owner that my puff didn’t work. He started to yell at me, telling me that I was trying to steal from him and he was going to sue me for that ! He was very agressif about it while in my entire life I never stole anything, always been an honest person. I was what ???? I even show him the number of the box and the puffs pen that they were the same that I’m sure he didn’t knew about it !! Man I just came back to show you that it didn’t work. Then I told him that I will go to the police station because of his behavior and that actually he was trying to steal my money by selling me that puff.End story : he gave me a new one after I told him I will go to the police station. (obviously yelling and screaming on the top of his lungs.) and telling me to never go back to this which was obvious after that miserable behavior.Answer of your reply.I actually came back today to buy the product, you asked for my ID, suddenly, right away the product disappear and you told me « I don’t sale them anymore »Amazingly, I sent two friends, one before and one after. Magically, you sold them the product. So nope, I’m not a scammer. You literally rejected me to buy one of your product in your store. Customer service = ZERO.

A month ago, I purchased an Ooze pen with an Ooze charger from “our smoke shop.” I have used it only 3 times. By the 2nd use, the charger fell apart and I went back to the shop for a replacement. The store owner refused to give me a replacement, and instead insisted that I buy a new one. Two days after that, the pen stopped working, so I went back to the store and asked for a pen replacement. Again, the store owner refused to give me a replacement, and claimed I needed to show him a receipt. Unfortunately, I was never even given a receipt when I first purchased the pen with the charger. He claimed he did not recognize me, and suggested that I may be lying about buying the pen from him. He then mentioned that he could look in the camera footage, but because it was a month ago, the cameras cannot go back that far. The store owner repeatedly exclaimed that he sells products from reputable vendors (such as genuine Ooze pens), but if that were the case, then I doubt it should have gone bad so quickly after only 3 uses, and I would expect a replacement from said reputable vendor. It was a very bad experience for me and I would not recommend this shop. Do yourselves a favor and try any other smoke shop, where customers are treated respectfully when they come back with defective products.

Jimmy Hanson is not lying I’ve seen my own son walk into this quote on quote legit smoke shop just to see my 16 year old son walk out with a vape in his hand when questioning my son on it he said that’s the place to go if your in high school because the owner Charlie never ids this is how he makes his money off of our poor children he has already been checked by somone for selling flavors after the flavor ban he also is know for selling counterfeit products

I dint recommend this vape shop the owner Charlie is known for selling to many underage kids and selling counterfeit products. I’ve been in Charlie’s shop multiple times a week and almost everyday I would see him sell to kids from the high school it’s so sad

My cali max device twice broke and didn't work for more than a day. The owner told me to contact the distributor instead of correcting it and providing a new device. Very unprofessional. I suggest taking your money to another smoke shop. Like the one in yonkers on central ave. Very sketchy and awful experience

Don't risk your health or waste your money! This smoke shop sells e-cigarette flavors that have long been discounted which means they are 100% counterfeit. The employees will lie to your face about the legitimacy of their products and the value you're receiving meanwhile their e-cigarettes are illegal, their glass is cheap and upcharged and their rewards policy is them up charging you and hoping that you never cash in. If you try to cash in your rewards card with your friends (something I was told was permitted) they turn you down. Their policy is as reliable as their terrible fake products. Beware your health and your wallet!
