Drive up atm is temperamental, can sometimes reject deposits for some reason. The staff inside is friendly and there's rarely a wait.

Love coming to this bank. I always feel welcomed. everyone is so nice .One exemplary agent is Nayna Doshi. She is the epitome of what customer service should be. She is always pleasant and fulfills all my orders and requests. Thank you Chase for hiring such wonderful agents.

I was trying to do a wire. First I tried online, it says it's out of my wire limit. Then I called chase to increase limit. the rep said she can't do it. What?Then I went to local office to do the wire, local! they took my bank card and drivers license. then they have to call to see if something is right. I waited more than half an hour. eventually she give me a document saying the wire will be done by the day. I thought it's over. But! by end of the day I checked my account, the money still in the account! More drama coming. Then I called customer service again. Rep told me it's in fraud team. they will call me back. One female rep called me back. All she wanted to do is to fail me in verification. She asked me security questions. First question, I am a hundred percent sure my answer is correct becuase it's my previous address. The second and third question was something more than 15 years ago. I am not sure about my answers but I tried my best. Then she said none of my answer was correct! What?! What's wrong with Chase. I am deeply disappointed. I did the wire locally, they already checked my DL. Why do you want to make the process so difficult, Chase?One more question I asked is if I did not have called, will my wire go through? She said in a tone like mocking, it may get approved or may not get approved. What a helpful answer! Speechless

These days walking into a Chase branch requires specialized service, and Chase has made it easy for customers by allocating the right staff to meet their needs. Savitri was the person who delivered excellent service. Granted, this was my first time at this branch, and everyone was great.I look forward to visiting again when I’m on that side of town. Thanks again for your help. No pictures to share here.

I had a great experience here today. Thanks to Savitri who helped me close my account that I made in college. I was having a hectic day and usually banking experiences aren’t the best for me… so, walking in, I was a bit anxious already. However, she was so nice and efficient.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS BRANCH SINCE IT WAS WASHINGTON MUTUAL.AFTER IT BECAME CHASE I TRANSFERED ALL MY BUSINESS TO THIS BRANCH DUE TO MANY NICE EMPLOYEES. I VISITED THE BRANCH TO MAKE A COUPLE OF DEPOSITS ON JAN 12, 2022. THE TELLER WAS YOUNG LADY "SUNJOYTH CHHOKAR" . SHE ASKED MY ID AND I GAVE TO HER AFTER THAT I TOLD HER THAT I AM REGULAR HERE FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS SHE SAID I STILL HAD TO SHOW MY ID. I ASKED HER PLEASE RECOGNISE MY FACE SINCE YOU SERVED ME LAST THREE TIMES SO NEXT TIME YOU DON'T ASKE MY ID AND SHE GOES SHE STILL NEEDS MY ID. I MADE HER AWARE THAT SHE HAS AN ATTITUDE. I ASKED HER "DO YOU WANT ME TO CLOSE ALL MY ACCOUNTS AND SHE TELLS ME SHE CAN HELP ME CLOSING MY ACCOUNTS. WHEN I SAID I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE MANAGER AND SHE GOES " GO HEAD" .I THINK THE BRANCH SHOULD TRAIN THESE NEW YOUNG EMPLOYEES BEFORE THEY ARE DEPLOYED TO THE FRONT DESK.THE TELLERS CAN MAKE OR BREAK THE BUSINESS.VERY DISAPPOINTED
