THE ABSOLUTE WORSE customer service EVER.. I had some shopping to do and right next door was a Chase Bank. I decided to go inside. I was told Mr. Lewis Pinto III could help me and help me he did. I can't say enough how helpful he was. He went out of his way to make this already difficult time for us not anymore so. All of this he did with a smile. You really don't meet them like him anymore. He was very patient answering all of my questions for me.. This will be our branch from now on..”

“Worst TD bank branch .waste of money for the TD bank Owners .this huge place has only one ATM which is out of order .to open the front door to Access ATM when swipe TD bank debit card it didn't work .after multiple steps finally opened but just one ATM machine and it was out of order. Shame on TD bank .then I ve to go to Jericho turnpike branch just to get cash . Imagine if someone is disabled like me and don't have a vehicle/ride .and is desperate to get some cash to buy some food ( food carts usually don't take Credit cards .any way 0 out of 10 .who ever is running this branch has to improve”

“I went here to get some banking done while I was in the area. I love that this bank has no plexiglass for me to shout through while making a transaction. Location: Right off of Hillside. This is a small Bank of America compared to what you fInd in Manhattan. Parking: Spacious lot for you to utilize. Amenities: Drive thru banking available, ATM in vestibule and hand sanitizer (before it became a hot ticket item). Staff: Very friendly and accommodating! The teller was very helpful as was the other banking representative. My questions were answered quickly and accurately. (Even when I got there minutes before the bank was supposed to close) I would suggest having more than one teller so they can expedite getting customers out so they can close on time. Overall: If I am in the area I wIll stop by this BOA since I had such a pleasant experience.”

“My organization banks with Hanover and from the beginning you could feel the professionalism and camaraderie of the staff here. I do know banks... I come out of a major financial institution that employed 16,500 people until a merger doubled that size. It was impressive to visit their headquarters in Mineola and get a tour. Their home office is more 'window' than anything else so it's big and bright. Plenty of office space here with a terrific team. We opened a checking account their level of detail was wonderful. It was nice to see people working together understanding the complete process of opening an account and setting up the on-line access. I had the opportunity to visit their New Hyde Park Branch during the pandemic and was extremely impressed with their customer service. It was unique as it was through a glass door. Clearly posted that one person a time was you come into the outer lobby, wait for your transaction and finish. I looked through the door and could see a very modern, bright, spacious branch. Things will get back to normal and we will be able to go back to our banks once again to transact business, see a smile and say hello to our friends. Thank you Hanover for choosing to come to Mineola and set up headquarters and truly being a community bank!”
