The old lady with curly hair made my shopping experience very uncomfortable , she follows you around like you’re going to steal. Then also told another associate to keep an “eye on me” as I was looking at different perfumes to buy.

The options here are pretty limited compared to other sephoras. I have to give them credit for trying to keep up with the stock and the constant demand. The workers there are so helpful and assist you with anything you may be looking for. if your looking for something trending though, i would look online.

The employees at this location are phenomenal. I have been helped by a handful of different people across multiple visits and everyone has been extremely helpful and kind.

I was pleasantly surprised that Utica had a Sephora.I'm a newbie to makeup and after watching YouTube I took the plunge and went to try and buy a few stuff.I've tried Ulta products before and they didn't work for me. So finding Sephora I went in and was greeted by a sales clerk. She was angel.She took her time to help me, not pushing me towards one peculiar product but asking questions to see what I'm comfortable trying. Then she even taught me a few things about makeup. My whole experience with makeup changed. Thank you so so much Ravykyea? I wish I remembered how to spell her nameAlso, my husband was looking for beard and scar products for the first time and she was once again, knowledgeable, pleasant, patient and just easy to talk to.
