Haven't had a good experience yet clubs are over priced and never willing to come down on prices any other play it again always has room to come down on price employees have been rude took irons here got offered 60 dollars took the same ones to Syracuse play it again and got 120

The employees were incredible with their service, but the owners were AWFUL. Cass (I think) treated her employees as if they were dogs. I have never seen such appalling behavior towards the people who make up your business. This is not just seen at one store, it's at all three of the stores that this person owns. It's sickening, and I don't wish to see any of my family members working here.

We purchased a treadmill and it wasn't working properly. Contacted Jeremy the manager who was very responsive, sent his team Carson and Taylor, they couldn't get it running, but quickly determined it was a wiring problem, loaded it into van, back to the store, returned it the next day all fixed and workingperfectly, great job, outstanding customer service?

I was blown away by the customer service I received. You know you have a good shop in the community when the owner is walking around the store with you answering all your questions. It shows that the store is more than dollar signs to Jeremy.

Brought my hockey skates to get sharpened and they did a great job for cheap! Just dropped them off and came back after shopping for pickup, quick and easy. I'll definitely be back to purchase some gear in the future, I didn't know they had such a great selection here, wish I had more time to browse!
