This is not for this particular Branch, its more for the experiance I got over the phone from the 1-800. By far worst customer service ever, I asked the customer service rep to block any unauthorized purchases outside the state, she said she would have to charge me $35 per blocked transaction. The reps response was to bad if you dont like it go somewhere else, and that I did. I gave AmeriCu my business and much better rates and no b******* fees.
