I'd rate this bank negative stars if I could.
This bank's insatiable greed is truly appalling. Their blatant disregard for ethics is evident in their single-minded obsession with sales goals, as they shamelessly exploit vulnerable individuals. Witnessing them peddle credit cards to mentally handicapped individuals is a new low, underscoring their complete lack of moral compass. This institution has transformed into a pit of avarice, preying on the weakest members of society for a quick profit. It's disheartening to see such callousness masquerading as financial services.
Not only does this bank prioritize profit over people, but its hollow emphasis on ESG is nothing more than a shallow marketing ploy. While they parade their supposed commitment to environmental, social, and governance issues, their actions reveal a starkly different truth: a CEO with an inflated ego, perpetually grinning as he envisions himself the next Jamie Dimon, while customers are left to fend for themselves. It's a disconcerting reminder that behind the veneer of virtue signaling, the bank's core values are twisted in pursuit of personal gain and corporate glory.

This bank updated there website last week saying, they will be open on presidents day, hours may vary,. They're phone lines are open even. I been going to all 3 all day, as I really needed to get inside for a transaction as a customer that believed in the bank and how they operate. But THEY WERE CLOSED. WHY PUT ALL YOUR CUSTERS AT RISK OF MAKING IMPORTANT FINANCIAL DECISIONS KNOWINGLY THEY WERE OPENING AND STATED THAT THEY WERE. WARREN BUFFET. FIX THIS SITUATION PLEASE. YOUR BETTER THAN THAT. CLOSING ALL FAMILY ACCTS ASAP.

Terrible bank. They make everything harder for the customer. I closed my account here so they make me “go in” to the bank to cash my check. Every. Week. There was a customer waiting in the 5x5 foot room waiting to deposit his check, they told him that he HAD to go through the drive thru to do that, after 10 minutes of waiting. No signs on the door. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the teller who always helps me is nice and is just doing his job. Other than that, avoid Berkshire bank at all costs. No matter which location. I can honestly say they try hard to make every customers experience harder than it needs to be.
