Ordered fuses from web site. Got them quick. Photo of what I recieved. Called and asked about them was told 'we only sell new product' Asked for a refund - got a RMA the same day. The same day I got an email letting me know they has some 'new in the box product' Insisted on a refund. Had to call a week later to check on it. Got my refund. Do not trust what I am told either via email or on the phone.

I am shocked!! Ordered a Nema 14-50 outlet through them, took some months to install since the Tesla wasn't here. It overheats! And they don't even want to replace it, stay away from this company.... EDIT: install was done by a qualified electrician, after overheat electrician was called to check and changed breaker (checked connections and cable size), Tesla was called and changed charger. Still overheats, only piece not replaced is your outlet, very simple. But you didn't even ask any question to me, just sent an email telling me you would not assist me. Please provide manufacturer contact for me to contact them directly.

Ordered panelboard trim from them. Trim arrived all bend up . Called and talk to the "professional" name Chris. What a tool that guy is! He told me that he can help me if I be nice to him, that I have to call UPS and file a claim ,that he can order a replacement from GE but no guarantee. I have asked for my money back and if he wants me to return cover-he refused both. Very unprofessional, rude and nose is so high that he drown in the rain. Stay away!
