I’ve been to this store a 100+ times as a local contractor, never have I been on line for 5 minutes and then the cashier finally comes up to the front and proceeds to ring up 2 other customers before me, I was the first one on the line but yet I get helped 3rd, completely unprofessional, the two workers claim it was because they were helping those other customers in the back………. Ok that’s fine that’s in the back and I’m the first one in line to pay, bad enough there understaffed and I have to wait to checkout and then this on top of everything else……. I’ll just go up the block to the big box storeWhat a shame

The Location is extremely convenient for short days you dont want to travel to Home Depot or Lowes. Everytime I start a project, I always forget something, and this place is my go to!

Went in to get some of my knives sharpened before opening weekend. Not only did Vincent help me quickly and efficiently but my knives were razor sharp. Its awesome having a service so close to home. Will be going back with my kitchen knives too.

Whenever I get a promotional coupon, I can't use it on any product that I'm Interested in. They have all products on a tiny discount so that the coupons can't be used. Happens every time I try to use these now useless promotional coupons.Plus the staff is rude about trying to use the coupons.

Brought in a screen to be fixed. Was told would take a week but no one called me to let me know when it was ready. I called several times and was kept on hold. I finally went and picked it up and frame was to short and doesn’t fit my window.The person that took the measurements was wrong. What a waste of money. Now I have to find someone who can fix it and I have to spend more money on this error.

I pulled in to refill my propane two weeks ago. They lied to me and said the propane was "off". The propane cannot be "off" that is why the opposite of the "off" switch is on. They gave me an attitude and 4 employees teamed up on me. I was forced into an altercation but got my propane. Then I found out they shorted me on my propane when it wasnt the right weight and ran out early. I came back in today to get propane. One of the young men there was holding a grudge. I was standing at a comfortable distance from the propane area within the legal limits of the law. This time I was keeping an eye on them so that they didn't short me on my propane again. The young man asked me to stand back by the wall. I responded respectfully "is that the law". He responded "yes". Another lie. I asked him where he got that information from. He acted nasty and demonstrated violent body language. I pulled out my camera to film because he called the rest of the employees like I was in the wrong. The rest of the employees came out and surrounded me. The young man walked by and through his gloves down right next to me. He then threatened me again. Then a nice woman came out and filled my propane. All the way like it is supposed to be. I will not deal with such disrespect. If you attack me I will hold you fully accountable by the law and I will defend myself. Respect your elders young people. Sam was the managers name who hung up on me when I called.

Terrible service and store. Went in the store to have keys made and purchase other items. Guy in the key department tells me I have to get in line. He points to the register line. I look for the line only to find a cahs register line with 1 person. He then takes a customer who went up to him and told her he would be right with her. After she walked away, I asked him if whether or not there was a line or perhaps he did not want to take me as a customer. I questioned his intent. The cash register guy starts throwing "F" bombs at me. Getting angry I ask him how he can curse at a customer the way he did. Never, ever going back.

I had a $10 birthday coupon. Took a while to find something for $10 that was not on sale. Had to buy a candy bar for $2 so I could use my $10 free birthday coupon. Wanted to buy a bag of wild bird seed but it was on sale 11.95so couldn't use my coupon for that even though I would have paid the extra money. To me that was weird. Pete was very helpful.

Just came from my favorite store Ace (Costello) hardware. Whenever I go in there they always have just what I want. Always someone there to help you or give some advice. Today my Sister and I worked with Pete, he is wonderful, so very helpful and a delight to work with. I am 77 years old lady and believe me need help with my purchases. I never go to Home Depot or even Lowes — everything needed is right at Ace and no hassles or crowds. Try them you also will like them.
