Ray was immediately responsive, professional and eager to share his expert opinion on the repair of our appliance. In spite of the fact that he could perform a costly repair , he advised us to continue on for a new purchase. (That there was no value in repairing the older appliance). It is refreshing to have a service professional do right by his customer in spite of his loss of business.I would recommend any person in need of service to give him a call.
