I came to Bobs with my brother to look for a couch. Al was extremely helpful, energetic and hilarious! He made our experience fun with no pressure. He was down to earth and very knowledgeable. When the time came to decide between two couches we even asked him to get involved in the decision by being our coin-tosser! Al made my brother very happy when heads (my brothers choice of couch) was the winner! Bob’s was our last stop of the day for our search and we left happy with a pep in our step. Thanks Al!!!!

Everybody was wonderful at the store , and the delivery service was amazing. Guys were so nice they even take their shoes off before entering in to my house ?

The gentleman in sales helped me resolve a issue I've been trying to get done for a year and went above and beyond to get the item that I've been trying to get and made it to were I was able to get one other item I wanted also. Just great customer service! God Bless him!

First time browsing in Bobs, greeted at the door by Rosalie. Very nice, told her what I was looking for and she directed me to something I might like. Unfortunately I didn’t care for either so she directed me to walk around . I found what I was looking for and went to get Rosalie to make the purchase. Looking forward to getting my new sofa.
