The place is fairly small and not quite easy to get to. I was disappointed when I reached home and found that a couple of the items that I purchased had expired. I don’t think I’ll be going there again.

Very good selection of fresh foods, breads, and spices. But the rather indifferent attitude of the staff and especially the cashier diminishes the appeal somewhat. I don't think US Indian grocers in general undersand that they are all subject to stiff competition, and that excellent customer service might give them a clear advantage over rival stores. Just an idea. Take a page out of the manual for Chik Fil A employees, for example.

Worst customer service… went recently while loading bag of wheat flour to the cart noticed that it was ripped so as a curtesy told the owner that this bag was ripped. Owner accused me of ripping the bag as per him somehow I managed to remove the seam which are vacuum sealed ( no idea how he reached this conclusion) and was adamant that I ripped it. I said if you think so then I will pay for it… but he kept following me around and harassing me calling me names. Even though I paid for the bag which I did not buy he followed me till parking and kept threatening me saying I have records…. Worst experience I had… first he accused me of doing something then paying for it and still harassing me around… wish can give him 0 stars as at one point I was really fed up of the guy following me till my car calling me names

I wish i can give this place 0 stars. I spent 237 dollars there and when i got home att the vegetables were spoiled. The chana was like sand. Just horrible quality food. I drive almost 2 hours and did not want to drive the 2 hours back to return all this garbage that i bought. The only thing that was good was the 2 green mangoes. Next time i would drive the extra 20 min to Patel Brothers in NJ. Rotten place..just like their grocery.

Price is shooting high rocketing , double ,taking advantage of customers ,because other store in Rockland county is closed , some stuff you can find much cheaper in local grocery stores-store people & staff are not courteous at all, give you a look like you are stealing something ,I stop going - bunch of ppl go to Edison nj and get it

The lady with glasses at register is just a liar. I clearly asked on the phone if they have Banginapalli mangoes, she said yes and after driving 14 miles, I get to see her trying to sell me raw Badami. There is separate counter for Samosas and she have some at the register. When I asked which ones are fresh, she tricked me again by selling the ones at register which were super cold and not fresh at all. You don’t have fall low and trick people to make business, have some credibility and self respect and do not fool others with words. I would never visit again.

This place where you can get all Indian grocery, it's located in naunet newyork with affordable rate all vegetables are freshly available, special masala foods for South Indian it's very nice place
