I was having problems with the Audio/GPS system on my 2014 Ford Edge. I was sure the owner (Bruce) was going humor me, then tell me that my car was old and he needed to replace the whole system. Instead, he walked out to my car and asked me to show him the problem. In a couple minutes he reproduced the problem, reset and recalibrated the control screen. I was saved! Thank you.
Had I gone to the dealer, it would have taken weeks and hundreds (or thousands).
I can’t say enough about the kind and expert service I received at Sound Concept.
