I love love LOVE the staff. I cannot speak more highly of them ALL. They are very, very, very warm and friendly and have made my day on numerous occasions. They have helped bring heavy parts to the car, installed wiper blades, and countless other deeds that shows the quality of the customer service they provide. I highly recommend you visit!!!!!

Based on how they answer their phone, with a grunt and zero acknowledgement that this is a business, I wouldn't take my car to do anything with them.

I came in on a Friday night around 8:45pm in need of a front headlight bulb because I had been pulled over earlier because of it. I came in and waited about 5 min after there were three employees chatting and only one actually working with a customer at the register. Finally one employee JP came forward asked me what I needed. He helped me out no problem, told me what bulb I need it. After waiting a few more minutes to pay because again only one worker was at a register , I went popped my hood removed the cap to access the bulb jiggled it and it turned on. To my surprise I figured let me return this bulb I just purchased and not opened yet. Two more employees walked in as I closed my hood reached and went to reach in the car for the receipt. I was parked right in front so I walked to the door and it was locked. I look at the time 9:00 on the dot. Knocked and waived at the now 5 employees sitting at the register just chatting. JP came to the door and I told them what happened and asked if I could just return the bulb. He said no because they closed at 9 and he couldn’t help me, that I have to come back tomorrow. Yes I understand they close at 9 but what is it have a little bit of human compassion and just help me out. It would’ve taken less than two minutes to return the bulb and I could be on my way. I wasn’t from the area I was just stopped by because I didn’t want to keep driving with a light out. This I’m not a review for Advance Auto Parts because I know they are better than this, it’s a review on the people that work at this location. I’m currently sitting outside of this location writing this review and funny enough after 15min of sitting outside they are still just sitting at the register talking. You tell me do you think they really couldn’t help me?
