Bruce & Raul were both fabulous. Bruce really took the time to talk with me about my options, and helped work on a few quotes to guide me. He really went above and beyond in explaining everything to me. And the work was outstanding - Raul works in such an efficient and clean manner and is really great at what he does. Together they are simply wonderful. We are so happy with the work they did fixing our shower! I highly recommend The Tile Solution!

Bruce and his team do top notch work. They cleaned, regrouted, and sealed the tile and stone in my bath, kitchen, and bar areas, restoring each to their former beauty. Bruce was very responsive, consulted with me at length and in person about the options and process, clearly outlined the scope of work in his emailed proposal, and completed the job quickly at a fair price. They left the work sites spotlessly clean, and promptly answered any follow up questions after the job was completed. Bruce and his team were professional, respectful, punctual, cordial, and just generally a pleasure to work with. I recommend them highly and would absolutely use them again in the future. Bruce followed up as soon as I left a message. He came immediately to give an estimate, and the price he quoted was exactly the price we paid. His helper, Raoul was clean, thorough and did an excellent job. This is the second time I have used them and would do so again without hesitation.

These guys are great! They removed and redid our entire kitchen backsplash and a patch in our bathroom where we'd had to replace an old faucet. Raul does beautiful work - we're so happy with how everything turned out. We are first-time homeowners, and Bruce is always happy to answer our many questions. When we noticed a small flaw in the caulking in our kitchen backsplash, they came back the next day to fix it. We'll definitely use them again.Services: Tile removal

I definitely recommend Bruce and his team for your bathroom grouting and caulking needs. My bathroom was remodeled by a previous owner, and the grout and caulk work was clearly done by a non-professional. We started developing a small leak from the poor grout work, so I gave The Tile Solution a call. Bruce was professional, friendly, and very responsive to questions by email and phone. After half a day's work, the outcome has exceeded my expectations. Beautiful and neat job all around. It looks like I have a new bathroom! We definitely recommend Bruce and his team.We were searching for a tile contractor for more than a year, because (1) our bathtub wall from 1935 used non-standard size tiles and no one could source it, and (2) because most contractors said our shower stall needs a full gutting, which we were not ready for. We love our old house and wanted to preserve its charm as much as we could.Bruce was knowledgeable, courteous, patient, respectful of our house, offered us multiple options so we are comfortable with the work. Bruce was the only one who found the tile that works.Raul took the plan to perfection. The tile work and grout repair work were seamless. He made sure that everything was leak-free and looked great. Even his demolition was quiet — I had a remote meeting in the room across the hall and the demo noise did not interfere.He also cleaned up after their work very well. The work site was completely cleaned out.Thank you Bruce and Raul. We will come to you for any future tile work for sure.Services: Tile work replacement

The repair and replacement of my tiled shower floor could not have gone more smoothly. Bruce coordinated all the work with good humor and patience and documented the work in detail for my insurance claim. All the trades came on time and meticulously cleaned up after themselves. Raoul's tile work was perfection. My shower now looks better than new and I highly recommend The Tile Solution.

The Tile Solution team did an amazing job! Our kitchen tiles were cleaned and the grout was cleaned and sealed. The floors look like new. The kitchen hasn't looked this good in years. We would definitely recommend them to our friends.
