I'm a new customer and it was a pleasure shopping here. Had to go 3 days in a row to get what I need for my Mercury outboard to run, and in those 3 days I was helped by 3 different employees. They were all knowledgeable and patient with me and got me in and out quickly.

John gave me his cell and opened the store after hours for me to get my flares and lights so I can enjoy the last of the boating season last minute this weekend with my family on our humble little runabout. He did so because my truck is off the road in your pair shop right now and my husband didn’t get home till after hours.Even gave me a discount on the required flares which went up in price this past year significantly.This is what makes local small business America.Long Island , Forget West Marine prices and support this guy !

Ordered the single bt stomp switch for my talons and received the 2 "buttons" stomp switches. Still waiting for an email, call, or some response to my multiple attempts of resolving this issue.

Brain dead staff, they have nothing for standard boats only a mismatch of odds and ends. I truly don't understand how they are still in business, if you want to get aggravated... I would recommend this "business"

Great place. Lots of inventory. The owner is very well versed on all things boating. He beats or matches (if possible) Amazon and or WM. If he doesn't have it in the store, he's able to get for you in a day or two. Will recommend and return.
