I've been putting off replacing the wipers on my vehicle because every time I try to do something like that I end up with a mess. Finally, I couldn't wait any longer. I went to NAPA and purchased them. Rob asked me if I needed anything else. Joking, I said "not unless you install." Rob quickly volunteered to do it for me and wouldn't let me pay him for the installation. I'm sure I was also cutting into his lunch break. Service above and beyond! He and Diana(?) were a delight to deal with.

Rob was great today! He was very knowledgeable and helpful (and polite). He explained what the possible problem(s) were that my SUV was having and offered solutions.
