At 60 years old I have purchased a number of cars in my day Quite simply the best, easiest, most painless transaction I have ever had. Fantastic deal on a great car and customer service that I haven't experienced in a long time. Mr. Rea and Tommy have been great and I will always start here in the future.

I recently had a great service experience with REA Ford. My Expedition needed some major warranty work and I called Gino to set an appointment. Gino set expectations early with me regarding time frame and the process. He was spot on with everything and ultimately my vehicle was fixed and delivered within the time frame. It was a pleasure dealing with a service manager who is transparent and on the ball. My next new car is definitely coming from REA Ford because I know the Service Operation is well run.

Brought in my Explorer in for service. Worked with Gino in service. I was extremely pleases with the high level of customer service. Found out that Rea Ford is family owned and is run by very competent individuals. They diagnosed the problem and remediated the issue promptly. Good work with a very fair price. I think I finally found the right dealership for me. Give them a try.

I went in and told them what I could spend and they found my beautiful white Lincoln. It was fully loaded and keeps my spine from pain it rides like a cloud. Rea is like family in my book. Best place I could have gone too.

We have purchased a vechile from this business. We were treated like family told we we're like family to all . However when we returned the car for dry rotted tires which were unsafe for us and grandchildren they wanted to make us pay for them to be replaced. We took the car back on 4 different occasions for the driver door panel falling off and window not working. Then it had serious electric issues. And the transmission light came on and the trans started bucking. The icing on the cake was the salesman more then doubled the value of the car. When we tried to continually rectify the issue with them I assure you we were NOT treated like a friend or family. We we're treated like trash. Car buyers BEWARE.

I bought a used Ford Explorer from this sheister. It was a lemon with serious issues. Within a week the entire electrical system shut down and they wouldn't acknowledge the issue or fix it. I had to pay to have it fixed myself. When I called into the dealership and spoke to the owner he gave me the runaround and just ignored me. This place has zero Customer Service and the owner is just your typical car salesman with absolutely no interest in his clients or should I say "victims". Do yourself favor and stay far away from Rea Ford. You will regret buying anything from them. I wouldn't darken their door again - even for an oil change.
