The waiting area is clean and well lit, and there's coffee while you wait. The owner even made me a fresh pot!there's a driveway in front but it's not for parking, only if they're taking your car in right away. the parking lot is around back.”

“I contacted Hy-Tone about some bumper scuffs and scrapes to my 2018 BMW, as I was reselling the car this month. Dominic called me back asap and scheduled an in person quote within days. He then provided an an on-the-spot quote that was competitive and very thorough. I dropped the car and within only 2 days it was repaired and ready for pick up. The car looked brand new! Like it had just rolled off the assembly line. No evidence of any damage anywhere! The quoted price is what I paid. Dominic was also kind enough to refill air in my tires and the interior was cleaned as well! Overall 5-star experience, and a great body shop in Mineola!”

“I came to Steve on a weekend when my car got hit by a worker in a parking garage, NYC Parking. He was about to close up shop, minutes away from it, with car parts in his hands from someone he was already working on, and could’ve turned me away easily. He STILL found the time to write me up a quote with a great price. I used that quote to take to court when I sued the parking garage. A few months later, I went to an auto body shop who wouldn’t even take my car as their quoting system was down and wouldn’t even take a look at my vehicle. I felt so defeated, but when I look up, who do I see right across the street? GULLWING! Steve’s workers were finishing up outside, so here I come to Steve once again, after a busy workday during the week as he was minutes away from closing up again and he took my car without batting an eyelash!
