Every minute there was some reason to stop the racing. A car spun out or something else. Before you know it your five minutes are up and you got a grand total of about 1 1/2 minutes of actual driving. Staff doesn’t care, just shut up and pay you annoying parent.Four kids = $80 for 1 1/2 minutes? Not worth it at all.The reason there were so many stoppages is that track is too narrow. Any driver tries to pass there is a high likelihood of making contact with another car which inevitably leads to the race being stopped, the staff struts over to correct the issue, all the while you time is ticking away.Instead go to an old fashioned exterior track that has wide lanes with gasoline powered cars. It is a much better experience.

I used to work at Urban Air and the manager Ashley had a condescending attitude toward the customers and treated the employees like they were gum on the back of a shoe. Ashley picks which employee she wants to be nice to. Overall, Ashley deserves to be fired from her job due to her attitude at work.

Went there today and did not like my visit AT ALL. The place is FILTHY! And Staffs are awfully slow and unprofessional at their Job. I would not come back here ever again!!

Ambience:Urban Air is a great spot located in one of these old school malls.Bathroom's need work. Soap dispensers were not up and laying on the sink. Overall facility is a decent size to keep your kids busy.Service:Staff was good on my visit. Everyone was helpful and good with the kids.Go kart is nice with dual levels. It is not like other go karts where you can zoom past other drivers as it is controlled but kids had a great time. There are two seaters to ride with children who are under the allowed height.There is a VR Zombyte game that four players can join and fend off the evil dead. There is a zip line, ball pit, dodgeball area and a wipe out device.There are a few designated areas for toddlers. Overall this a great place and stop by to let the kids hang lose and have fun.

Excellent place to bring the kids to run around. Tons of fun things to keep them entertained all day. And the prices are great!

I drove from New Jersey: an hours drive. I was especially interested in the Gocarts. I treated my 7 year old son. He loved it! And I was glad to see him having fun. It was worth the drive! I will do it again!

Was there today, staff is young and unprofessional to say the least. No patience or respect for the parents or children. My son was screamed at by one of the staff members in the go carting area and was told to "get off" my son was crying and ruined his experience there. My wife spoke to the manager Ashley who didn't seem to care. We will not be returning.

Awesome spot for the kids get the ultimate pass n spend the day. They will be sleep wen u get back. I wished they had the bumper cars up to par we were able to ride but so many were out of order and still inside of the track takin up space less room to drive. We still had blast...I'm 6,1 300 pounds. Even I did the zip line...so it's deff strong...I was told 2000 llbs is around the limit. One price for the day is great get air charges 50 bucks for two hrs of jump for get that

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MEMBERSHIP! You will be trapped with payments for over a year no mater what. An important detail that is not highlighted at all. The customer service is horrendous. They already have your money, so they literally don't care.
