They gave my son in law the wrong rotors for my car so he went to return them and get the correct ones. The guy at the counter was rude and obnoxious to my son in law! The guy got loud with him and had a ridiculous attitude! This happened today, May 22 sometime between 12pm -2pm. I plan on filing a formal complaint!

Just went to Middletown napa with a hydraulic hose looking for fittings was told that there not in order and I cannot be helped . No offer to even try to help me there was no customers in the store . Absolutely ridiculous . I needed other parts but went elsewhere because the employee on shift didn't seem to want to work

Watch those prices! They might have it, but they might also be charging 2x what others are. Tried to charge me $30+ for a quart of gear oil! Walked out and ordered it directly from the manufacturer for literally half the price! Convenience isn't worth THAT much!

If I could give 0 stars. I would. Customer service gives incorrect information. Specifically asked if parts are delivered on a Sunday. Was told yes. Person working that Sunday could not even give one ounce to effort to try and be helpful.
