WORST EXPERIENCE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My boyfriend brought his pants there to be hemmed and he was told they would be ready on 10/12. When he called on the 12th he was told they were being worked on and would be ready the 13th. When he went on the 13th they were not ready and we needed them for his daughter's wedding that day. The woman at the counter thought it was no big deal and told him to come back in 2 days. No apology and it still cost us $18.Service: Alterations

Using the Drop off laundry service. I've Asked for certain things to be washed differently/ very accommodating. Owner is pleasant and profession. 2 Thumbs up.

Last Saturday I dropped off some dry cleaning, 4 dresses, two tops. The gentleman behind the counter was pleasant and told me everything would be ready today - which it was. Unfortunately, I wasn't prepared for the $97.24 price tag. While I partially blame myself for not asking their pricing, I was taken completely off guard. Rather than make a scene, I paid the bill and left with my items. Sadly, while this business is very convenient as far as location, there is no way I'll be returning. I've never experienced such price gouging - even in Queens.

I love this cleaners it's family owned while relocating a few years ago I didn't want to change my cleaners that I had but it was to fat for me so I had to try this cleaners out due to me going out of town and I need all of my clothes cleaned. I have to say they did a good job and they waited a few minutes later to close than usual so my son can pick the clothes up. Ever since then I said they are OK in my book I have been going there ever since. Thank you Dutch Girl I truly appreciate you

They do a fabulous job. I’ve used them for dry cleaning, laundering shirts, and tailoring (ball gowns, suits, pants). They family who owns the place are friendly, professional, and welcoming.

Beware! You may not get your clothes back! This place sucks! They gave my clothes to another customer on accident. I made three visits to the dry cleaners before they confessed to the error. The manager didn't even have the decency to apologize. I had to wait a week before this alleged other customer returned my clothes. To add insult to injury the manager did not rewash my clothes. He gave me the dirty clothes after sending them to someone else's house who could have worn them!!!!!!!!!!!!! To add a cherry on top he made me pay for my clothes. After I got home, I realized the same stain I brought the clothes there for was still there. Awesome! If you want to pay for someone else to wear your clothes and get stains on them send your business here.
