I scheduled an appointment for a second opinion on issues I was having after a surgery that was done at a different provider. The day before the appointment, the nurse called and was extremely condescending, she spoke to me like I was an idiot. She told me that I made an appointment with the wrong type of doctor using an online portal. I explained my situation and that I spoke to a live person and I made an appointment with the right type of doctor. I chose to make my appointment with this doctor Because he had great reviews. She proceeded to tell me I would have to go to the doctor with the bad reviews because he focuses more on that type of surgery. I explained I’m not asking anyone to do surgery. I’m asking for him to look at basic issues that are not specific to the surgery site, to better understand what was causing them.. She told me he won’t see me, and I could only see the other doctor with the bad reviews. I did not just make an appointment with Crystal Run, I made the appointment with the doctor i wanted to see. I will be setting up an appointment with a doctor somewhere else.

I would give no stars if I could. I have finally have had enough of Crystal Run. The final straw was their Urgent Care's failure to properly diagnosis my daughter with strep throat, and instead sent me to the ER at Garnet, claiming she might have appendicitis. As soon as I was able to speak to a Doctor at Garnet and tell them her symptoms, the Dr. quickly told me my daughter was exhibiting the common symptoms they were seeing with younger children with Strep, and had no reason to believe she had appendicitis, which was 100% accurate. $3K+ in bills later: Crystal Run REFUSED to waive their own bill $500+ bill to urgent care, that was of NO help to my daughter, let alone cover the $2500 bill Garnet charged me for an ER visit for strep throat. The best part? My entire family are patients at Crystal Run. I got a call today after waiting a month, to finally tell me essentially, Crystal Run takes no ownership in being inept, causing stress to their patients and misdiagnosing children. Complete lack of care for the people they are supposed to care for.

I'm in my mid 20s and my partner and i wants to have a family. When I found out I was pregnant we were both excited but I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks. When I got pregnant again I lasted 16 weeks and I had a shocking miscarriage and finding out there was a bacteria infection in the placenta I got really upset and mad ! I lost my daughter and from all the blood sucking blood work, prenatal and ultrasound, the doctors didn't see anything ! My poor unborn daughter could of been alive today! What a shame the doctors in this place don't care about an innocent child life bring lost they wait till the end to see the worse to come in real life!!!

This place is a real cracker Jack box. I've had good experiences with primary care, but I just walked out of an appointment that was over a half hour late with no explanations (and no visit). This was a reschedule from a week ago where I waited for an hour only to be told I'll have to reschedule. This was a first time appointment for a high risk OB. Not exactly a nonsense appointment. You're not the only game in town, off I go.2 stars earned by primary care only.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This is a really unprofessional business and they don't care about their patients. They created a billing nightmare and they won't take responsibility for their mistakes. My insurance company has spent hours trying to contact their billing department and no one picks up the phone, yet they keep sending bills that were already paid in full months ago. The receptionist in the ophthalmology department was high also, couldn't spell my name correctly, and made comments about the clothing I was wearing at my time of visit. I cancelled my follow up appointment. It's really unfortunate that there are businesses that operate like this.

Beyond rude on the phone. There isn’t a phone representative that is happy when you speak to them. they get mad if you don’t say your name and DOB as soon as they pick up only for you to have to repeat yourself twice. Will never come here again. All the doctors want to do is run tests on you to make money. I will be going to optimum health care from now on.

Don't worry about being on time for your appointment. In fact be an hour late, I'm sure you will still wait whether you have an 8am or 5:30pm appt. They don't care if you are late to work or leave your job early to make you wait. I wonder if the staff does this to their hairdresser, barber, dentist or anyone else who works by appointments. Shame on you Crystal Run, get your $hi+ together and start caring about the people who pay for you to get a paycheck.

Crystal Run appears to be primarily Corporate America, with minor dabbling in Health Care. Patients and Doctors are not allowed to communicate directly, except for face to face appointments, so Corporate can cut costs in patient care; patients can only talk to lower paid non medical workers. So, if I were to rate Crystal Run on Patient Care, on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being poor and 10 being great; they're currently hitting a solid Negative 4.

Once the new management came in the Patient Portal is worthless. You send messages and no one answers. You send for prescription renewals and no response. After many years I think I need to change.

This review is for the Urgent Care located in this building. First off, I have hearing loss, and also now my ears are clogged, so it makes my hearing loss even worse. I went to Monroe Crystal Run, 95 Crystal run to see if there was a doctor that could see me to get my ears cleaned out, and i could not hear any of them at all, so i decided to go to urgent care. Walked in this building, asked where the urgent care was, and said i can't hear- so she was kind enough to walk me downstairs where it was. Everyone wears masks there, and it super makes it hard to hear.... Anyways, got to the urgent care, said i couldn't hear but the receptionist was kind enough to write down the questions she had. Also got new insurance but have an empire card with medicaid, and gave that to them. But the receptionist only took the empire card, but then fixed her mistake. I got to the urgent care at 3:33PM, but it wasn't until 4:57 that i was seen, and i had work at 5. Thank goodness i didn't faint or anything from being dizzy that long.... I also did nicely say that i had work at 5. Saw the doctor, dr. Stoll, Who was very nice, and did indeed confirm that my ears had wax in both of my ears. However had to go before they could clean out my ears because it was already 5:45PM, and i had said that i would be there by 6. Luckily have a follow up with my regular doctor dr. Lau, and will be seeing him to clean out my ears. (side note: part of the reason why i was waiting is because i just got my other insurance, and wasn't sure if i needed another card, so i was trying to wait to get another one, but you can't make your body wait!)

I called this morning to schedule a first time appointment with a primary care doctor. The first time, I was on hold for 10 minutes before the automated system hung up on me. The second time, I was on hold for another 10 minutes before a receptionist answered. I told the front desk person how to spell my name 3 times, and twice she repeated it back starting with DAG and extra letters before I hung up, deciding if the front desk person could not spell a non-complicated last name, I didn't trust anyone in the office to pay attention. I am an administrative assistant and know the value of someone who can listen on the phone and get the proper information. This practice should consider getting better front desk people.

Hand full of the staff are great... the rest are rude and unproffesional and they like disrespect and treat people rude and if you answer back they will put a complaint on you so they can denied you service in the future.. Only doctor and his nurses crew is Dr.Rudnick. He will take the time to answer all you questions and concerns.
