To start I am very particular about my vehicles and would almost rather sell it than to have body / paint work done because to me its never the same .. But I am now a 2nd time return customer ( two different vehicles ) My first visit was with my 2015 Silverado 2500hd .. Had a classic gm issue where the clearcoat was failing on one of the doors. I contacted them to get an estimate and set up an appointment . I dropped the truck off a week later and got it back in 3 days . Throughout the visit Nick kept in touch with me about the progress and took care of the truck as if it was his own. Once completed he left it outside for me to check ( i work the same hours as the shop ... ) I had checked over the vehicle and it just needed a bit of a buff on the bottom of the door from the compound used for finishing polish . I got home and emailed him that night and before I was even awake that following morning he had it in the shop and said it would be done shortly. Once completed I came down and checked once again and it was spot on 100% and looks great to this day. My second visit was due to a hit and run with another vehicle ( 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee ) the damage consisted of the front fender / fender flare and bumper cover. I was able to locate all the parts needed and set an appointment up for a few weeks later. Again Throughout the entire process they kept us in the loop ( insurance was involved as well ... we know how fun that can be ...) Once it was nearing completion he gave us a breakdown of the bill and said it would be done in the next day or two... Once completed we came down to check it out and it looks great. You can not tell.. it looks brannnddd newww . I feel like they went way above and beyond. To this day in my mind if someone needs paint / body work there is no question in my mind C&M will get the job done and thats where I will continue to do business.! Really glad I brought my car here for repairs. I will now not bring my car anywhere else & I highly recommend this business. Nick & his team were so professional & trustworthy. Nick advocated for me with the insurance company of the person who hit me & he even helped with a mistake on the insurance company's end just because he's a good business person. Can't recommend them enough & hopefully I don't need my car repaired ever again but if I do I definitely won't go anywhere else!

I can't begin to describe how wonderful this auto body shop is. There are a LOT of auto body shops so it's hard to choose the right one. I am so thrilled with my car; it looks brand new again. It had also been completely detailed when I picked it up. They are professional, extremely courteous, kept me informed about what was going on every step of the way. The car was finished when they said it would be. Their prices are very reasonable and they know their stuff, let me tell you. I can't praise C & M highly enough. Would NEVER go to anyone else because there is no other company out there that could possibly offer better service.

I just picked up my car from C&M Auto Body, here in Middletown. The repairs were excellent, and completed, right at the time I was told. The inside of my car was as spotless as the outside. Excellent quality and customer service. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I hit a deer this winter. With-in 24 hours C&M was able to look at my car AND have the written estimate to my insurance company. The process was so smooth! I was back up and running with-in days! I have heard such horror stories about other places taking weeks at a time. Not here! The work done was meticulous and perfect, down to cleaning the INSIDE on my car! I can't say enough! Thanks again!
