Went in for an inspection at the Middletown, Ny Auto Alignment World. Ralph was more than helpful to me and made sure all the customers were being helped in a polite and efficient pace. Very polite and knew what he was doing. Would definitely go back.

I walked in for my 9:30am appt to full seats, I expected to be there for a couple hours at that point. To my very pleasant surprise, I was finished with an alignment and inspection by 10am. Wonderful experience.

I usually do not right reviews but I thought this one was a need. I am new to the area I was not sure where to go to get my car service without feeling taken advantage because I am a women. I google wheel alignments near me and a couple of places came up. So I started reading the reviews and once I was done I decided on this business. Everything they said was on point. I pulled up Ralph asked what I needed I told him he said come back in an half an hour he was out to lunch. Returned there were 6 people I got a little nervous thinking it would be a long wait. I walked in they took my car and I was done in 15 minutes. Ralph and his team are great. I highly recommend stopping by and ask for Ralph.

We always go here for annual inspections. They dont require an appointment and will rarely turn folks away which is a breath of fresh air. The men who work the front end are always personable and pleasant. Work is quick and efficient. Highly recommended.

Won’t use other shop, you may have to wait, but that’s because they’re the best around. Always busy, I’d recommend waiting or making an appointment, if they have the ability to answer the phone
