These folks did everything in their power to make this process difficult, worrisome & expensive. Every opportunity they had to explain things, they preferred silence. Every time there was a snag, rather than warning me that there might be problems, they preferred to say "Any minute. Everything is great." I don't believe that they are crooks, but I do believe that they are inept and sloppy. Every time there was any sort of problem or issue, the silence from these clowns was deafening. You should seek a mortgage elsewhere.

David Blumenthal walked us through the entire process that enabled us to close on our dream house just 11 weeks after our offer was accepted. Mark Adams II was an excellent communicator. If I had any questions he was more than willing to respond and get me the answer. He diligently helped me find the lowest rate possible and worked hard to achieve my goals during this refinance. I do want to add a shout out for Jaime Shamis and David Plotsker. Jaime was incredibly helpful and was able to get me to an early closing. I thank the Franklin First team for all the attention and hard work that made this a pleasurable experience!

Eric Gasper is extremely knowledgeable, strategic and honest with an admirable set of ethics. I can’t say enough good about his diligence, compassion and the support he offers. Much more than a loan officer. He held our hands through the most important purchase of our lives and made sure that everyone worked quickly and honestly to our benefit. Dave and Giulio at Franklin First were beyond amazing throughout the purchase of our home. We knew in the beginning that it would be a hard deal to close but they both assured me they would get it done. My wife and I, recently closed on our first official house together. Our loan was moved very quickly by JP Wigfall and his staff. In about 3 weeks his staff had our loan ready for closing. Throughout the process my wife and I were very nervous about the loan, we had been turned down in the past due to my credit, and I was still trying to fix my credit when we got preapproved. JP went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable with the loan process, including allowing us to call him almost daily with questions and concerns. On the days we didnt call him, he usually called us, just to give us updates, make sure we were ok and to reasure us the loan looked good still. Even now, after the close he is still keeping in touch to make sure everything is good. I cant tell you how much him taking the time to work with us and making the effort to show us that he not only cared about getting our buisness, but that we were ok too, meant to us. Any bank can give you a loan if they want to. JP went above that, he did what he could to get us the loan so we could get our beautiful home and also showed great care and customer support, something that is rare to find these days. I will definitely keep JP and Franklin First Financial in mind for ALL my future lending needs. Unbelievably good people.

Don't Bother. Look elsewhere. They'll basically say anything and do anything to get you to commit. Then they'll slow play you and string you along. It makes it very hard to plan for anything. "Oh, we just need the appraisal, then we can close in 48 hours." 3 months later...... It's a joke. I wouldn't have wasted time with these people. Do yourself a favor and go with a local mortgage broker.

Lol where do i begin, they are doing a mortgage for a client of mine. I was told that we would close in july 2018 (this was in may). we are now in september and we do not know when we are closing. The bankers (Vinnie and Danny) do not respond at all. No one (me the agent, the sellers, the attorneys, the buyers) know why the bank is being unresponsive and not explaining why a closing date that was set 2 weeks in advance did not occur. Throughout the entire summer we kept setting up closing dates and then having them pushed because the bank came up with another reason as to why not close. The seller has been trying to move on to their next house but cannot sign any contracts because they are always up in the air. Yesterday september 19th the bank was set to close and in the end the bank did not show up because of another specific reason that could have been brought up in advance. Anyway i will never recommend this bank to anyone and I will never use them myself. Star rating -2

Our real estate agent guided us to Franklin First. Our officer, Lika Epremashvili, was phenomenal. She was always watching our back and worked tirelessly behind the scene to keep our mortgage app for a home purchase moving forward. She was great to work with, highly competent and very responsive. She answered questions along the way, made herself available to us. She knows what she's doing and seemed to make things go even faster. It was a great experience and we closed with minimum fuss - which is amazing considering how nightmarish real estate can be. I highly recommend them!
