Yup, weeks of phone calls and emails to just try to have a 5 minute conversation with a leasing agent. Boy, they sure answer the phone quickly to sell you something, but once you are on the hook, you get completely ignored.

I was going to rent an apartment in Deer Park and when it wasn't ready on my lease date I terminated the lease. It has been more than 2 months and I still haven't received my refund. In addition, no one even responds to me. Going to try small claims court. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH FAIRFIELD!!!!!!

You would think the family that owns Fairfield would be ashamed, and. Embarrassed by their 1 star rating. However, in the year plus I’ve been here at Holbrook, nothing has changed. So much for pride. The office and management teams are rude, and ineffective. Rent elsewhere.
