Hit a deer which ended up being nearly 6k in damages. Lyons got my car and finished in under the 12 day estimate. Car looked brand new as the day I got it.

My grandfather had his truck towed here, and the owner REFUSED to transport his truck to get repairs at the dealership he bought the truck from and has used in the past. Our insurance company also contacted the owner his reasoning for not releasing the vehicle : because he was out of town. Resulting in fees that we had to pay out of pocket!! Would not recommend. They were not professional in handling this manner and definitely didn’t get things done in a timely manner. We just wanted the truck in the right hands ASAP so repairs could get rolling and this company seemed way more concerned with collecting unnecessary fees rather then moving the process along. Not ethical in the least.

Update-06/14/21 I was personally told by the owner "I'm prejudice and Proud" She then "Threatened my life" This was my first time talking to these people involved. I used manners and said Sir and Ma'am.DO Not Use this (dis)service. Police dirty_work. Like illegal *bugs or listening devices* Schemes.Dishonest,Will OVERCHARGE you. To name a small one (250) for clean-up outside your car.Have helped Police Enforcement (ORLEANS COUNTY DRUG TASK FORCE (plant)find things in your car that were not there when driving it.
